“EDIT: 3 months later and gold-plated and gold bracelets still look perfect.Stopped in to get permanent bracelets with my friend on a Saturday! The shop was buzzing and busy, but the staff was so friendly and we didn't have to wait too long. They even suggested going to get a cup of coffee from down the street. There were plenty of bracelet options - silver, gold, and gold plated. I felt like they had something for every price range. You could get rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more! I personally chose a gold bracelet with an initial charm, and Elaine B. put it on me herself :)While waiting for our turn, we shopped around the store, and there were lots of beautiful, minimalist jewelry items for sale that I LOVED. I would definitely return and get some thing else another time.”

“My partner and I were referred to Koop Dimond Cutters by a friend who also purchased his wife engagement ring there. My partner proposed with a bag of family heirloom diamonds and gemstones in a bag instead of ring, he wanted me to be apart of the design process but still keep the engagement a surprise. “I stopped by Bihl Brother’s last week to fix a necklace that had some wear and tear, and didn’t know how to fix it myself. The owners were incredibly friendly, and ultimately ended fixing it at no cost (it was a very small fix). Would highly recommend them, they know what they’re doing and are enjoyable to have a conversation with. Would honestly give six stars if I could.They have a cute, friendly dog that hangs around the store too!”

“Amazing experience from start to finish. My engagement ring is a 1920's antique, and I knew it was going to be tricky finding a matching wedding band. We took it into Philip Bortz and they were so helpful and accommodating, and really listened to all of my concerns and what I wanted in a band. We were offered multiple options, but ended up making a mold of the pattern on my engagement ring so it matches perfectly, and Matt took excellent care to be sure the design complimented my engagement ring without over-shadowing it. He also made sure it was ready in time for our over-seas wedding! I could not be happier with the band, and the quality and personal touch beyond justified the cost (which was very reasonable). We will recommend Philip Bortz to anyone who has unique jewelry needs, or just wants great customer service.”
