“I backed into a mailbox and was quoted by the Lincoln dealership way more than I wanted to pay for such an insignificant blemish on my car. The biggest thing was I really just wanted my tail light fixed. Clay took care of me and his office staff was more than helpful and professional to the end. I’d 100% rather go to Clay than the dealership, any day of the week.”

“Awesome service. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly. We requested a tow from our driveway for a vehicle that was not running. The car battery system was down, so the transmission could not be placed into another gear. It was a real headache to get it loaded to the truck, but the guy did just great. We got charged a very fair price. We will definately be using them again, and will be referring them to people we know.”

“Had a nice young man Antonio help with diagnosing my 2008 Honda Accord 2.4L battery & alternator. He was quite helpful and informative. He was quite good at using his test equipment and determined that my battery was the problem. We purchased a 3 yr warranty Die Hard Gold battery. He was efficient at taking out old battery and installing the new one. Once installed tested the new battery and existing alternator. All tested good. I always part shop at Advance Auto Store. I highly recommend the Russellville, Ky store and will always get my business.”

“The staff at this store always goes above and beyond for us. They work hard, they help however they can, and they do far more than what’s required of them. The issues people run into aren’t caused by the employees — they come from the catalog and the parts themselves. Right now the catalog often shows parts as “not available” or “can’t get,” even when the store actually has them on the shelf. That’s a system problem, not a store problem. On top of that, part quality across the industry has dropped so much that brand‑new parts are now the first thing technicians suspect when diagnosing issues. That’s not something the local team can control.”
