The car battery system was down, so the transmission could not be placed into another gear. It was a real headache to get it loaded to the truck, but the guy did just great. “I walked in and felt like I stepped back in time 30 years. People are great and started talking to me like I'd been coming there for years. Took my pressure washer in for warranty service. Didn't expect it but they called me literally 30 minutes after I got back home telling me it was ready. Just a good old home town parts house. Wish I lived closer I'd buy all my parts from them.”

Right now the catalog often shows parts as “not available” or “can’t get,” even when the store actually has them on the shelf. That’s a system problem, not a store problem.
On top of that, part quality across the industry has dropped so much that brand‑new parts are now the first thing technicians suspect when diagnosing issues. That’s not something the local team can control.”
