I'm a loyal customer, and I'm here at least,,, well, let's just say I'm here a lot. Even though the store is usually packed, no matter what time/day, you can always rely on someone helping you out within a matter of seconds. All of the interactions I've had with the employees here have been pleasant, and friendly. With any place, some more friendly than others, but those 'unicorn' friendly employees are rare, but this location has their fare share. :)The only issue I've ever had here was work done on a 24" M1 iMac. It was really no fault of their own though, but more of a stubborn iMac that didn't want to cooperate. What seemed like a logic board problem, soon turned into a display problem, but then the display they received was faulty, and had to be replaced with another display before it was finally fixed. The entire repair took about a week, but as I mentioned, they did everything they could, but some things were just out of their control.All in all, I'm happy with the Apple Store at Fritz Farm. I'm glad they moved from Fayette Mall, because it's much easier to get to, without having to walk a mile.

What’s the point of curbside pickup if you let any and everyone park there. Drove around 20 min looking for parking instead of being able to park in curbside pickup for my order, then waited another 25 inside for someone to bring said order. Ridiculous.

very bad service, at the entrance a guy helped us and told us which table to go to (according to what we were looking for) there was 1 customer and 2 young men serving it, none of the employees even greeted us, much less told us that they were already serving us. They were serving the client and talking about what they would do on their break and weekend and other nonsense. well one of them was able to assist us. We were there watching them for more than 25 minutes. We asked the guy at the door if someone could help us and he said that in 5 minutes he would send someone. 18 MORE minutes passed and no one helped us, so we went to look for a better place. ?

Came in the store for help with a battery issue on my iPad. I was told that my battery health was great and that the iPad needed to be updated to the latest IOS. I waited an hour and half the be assigned to a technician. Waiting for so long ended up doing the update myself, I had a meeting to get to so was in a hurry the technicians told me it updated to the new IOS. And that the battery was working properly. Now back home wondering why my iPad is still having battery issues and looks like my iPad didn’t finish the update. So I waited for no customer service and still have a battery issue.

I recently visited Apple Fritz Farm in Lexington to trade in and recycle some old devices and purchase a new one. The service I received was exceptional. The woman who assisted me with the trade-in was fantastic, even though I can't recall her name. Mya took over when it came to purchasing my new device, and she was simply incredible. She was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and helped with everything I needed. A big shoutout to the staff here for their outstanding customer service. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

The sales & service reps are friendly. Recommend to set up appointment for quickest and a seamless experience for service. The selection of products for display is pretty good, nothing short of an Apple store you’d experience in a big city.

I went to the Apple store at the summit on Lexington and had to deal with Robin Johnson who was not only incredibly rude, but also in the wrong. I was picking up my preordered iphone 15 in my time window and she told me I couldn’t pick it up because the pickup person was my moms name even though it was my phone number, my icloud account, and my payment. I had a picture of my mom’s id and my mom on the phone and she told me my mom had to call apple support. I asked if the store manager was present and she proceeded to tell me she was the store manager even though she’s not. My mother and I both called apple support and after an hour and a half the apple support member told Robin it was not possible for her to add me as a pickup person and that it shouldn’t even matter. Robin was arguing with the apple support member who also was wondering why Robin was being so rude. Finally a guy manager came over to see what the situation was to then tell Robin it never mattered in the first place and that I was able to pick up my own phone. So I not only waited an hour and a half for no reason, but also was an hour late to work for no reason other than Robin not knowing what she was talking about while also being extremely rude to me.

Not really sure what the point is for having N appointment if they just put walk-ins in the mix. My appointment was at 2:15 I have been here since 2:07pm it is now 2:37 I have watched 3 walk in be assisted prior to me. There was an elder waiting with me her appointment was at 2:00 she was seen at 2:30. They are inconsiderate of people's time. If you have any obligations after this plan accordingly. If I didn't use my computer for school I would have walked out. Will keep you all updated for the exact time some decides to actually assist me.

Just drove to the Lexington KY Apple Store to have a problem with my Apple Watch fixed and I was turned away because it's launch day for the new iPhone and associates are only assisting people making purchases, not helping with issues for existing products. They said I could go to Geek Squad. 1 Star.

I took my MacPro in yesterday and Becca was great in helping fix some messed up settings. However, I accidentally left my charging cord and I live out of town. It seems someone would have noticed and texted me as they knew who was helped. I tried calling twice. I was on music hold for several minutes both times before the phone began ringing, I assumed connecting me. I waited at least 5 minutes both times while it rang and rang then was cut off. There is no way to leave a message on line. Really? Apple makes billions selling phones and computers and I can't reach anyone at a specific store for communication...not even through chat or secure message!

Suggest making an appt. We got waited on immediately on purchasing a new iPhone, the update went well, and the activation. Our sales person was patient, answered all my questions.

Angel and Ray were phenomenal! I was absolutely panicking because my phone wasn’t taking my correct passcode; make a long story short it was because 1. I’m irresponsible and did not update my phone and 2. my phones storage was WAY too full. I came in originally and was taken care of my Angel, we’re my phone worked immediately, I had left and the problem started up again. I came back into the apple store stressed and she saw me and immediately took care of me instead of making me wait again. Phenomenal!!! Ray kept me company as he helped me update my phone and explained how to prevent this in the future. Both were so lovely to talk to and they’re so personable and awesome to talk with. They deserve ALL of the praises in the world.

Visited the Apple Store for an appointment to swap the battery on my iPhone. Initially, the associate told us that they were out of batteries and they would have to custom order it. After I had left the store we got a call that they found a battery. Turns out the inventory software was malfunctioning and they had plenty in stock. Lol! Everything after that went very smoothly.
