Apple Fritz Farm is a very busy and active store that can feel overwhelming and hella packed. It can be kind of difficult to find. Customers describe having a great and wonderful experience, noting the staff is very understanding, helpful, friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are immediately helped and directed to the right spot, seen right away, and helped quickly. The staff is informed and comes through, providing legit service. They help with iPhone upgrades, data transfers, and replacements, even fixing problems caused by other stores for free. While the store is really busy and appointments can be delayed, the team remains very helpful. Customers are very pleased with the service and express that they should have come here first.

They were very busy but had lots of employees working and we were waited on almost immediately. The gentleman that helped us was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Would've gave them 5 stars but the place is hella packed and kind of difficult to find. I parked in a spot that said 10 minute parking and had to walk 5 minutes before I could find the place,so I was 15 minutes late for my appointment but they were very understanding and seen me right away.
