“It was a Saturday and I had to fix a reservoir to pump power steering line. I went through and called everybody on the Google laundry list when I looked it up, literally everyone I talked to didn't even know the part I was talking about. Needless to say they didn't have it, couldn't even think of a place that would. But then I called O'Reilly's. Not only did they have it, but they knew exactly what I was talking about before I could even finish my sentence. As I walk through the door and they were helping out somebody else with some Niche knowledge about their vehicle.
