Based on the reviews, CARSTAR on Liberty did a fantastic job with repairs. The staff in the front office and the body shop were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The repair service was so easy, and the check-in was fast. They provided detailed updates every step of the way, texting and calling almost everyday to keep customers updated on the progress. The quality of the work was outstanding. One car was with them for 17 days due to a collision but looked brand new when picked up. Another customer was thankful the car was so clean on the inside and the glass was cleaned up nice. A damaged bumper was replaced and the car was ready to be picked up 3 days before promised. They also handled the insurance claim process and rental car exchanges. Everyone was pleasant to work with and highly recommend CARSTAR on Liberty.

CARSTAR on Liberty did a fantastic job with repairs on my car. I really appreciate that when I picked up my car it was so clean on the inside as well. (Im beyond thankful for that and the glass being cleaned up nice) Highly recommend! 😊
