“The body work is great but I had some issues with the running of my vehicle after picking it up from paint masters. I know my vehicle but i also can't prove it was a direct result from their work. Ben reached out to me and is doing all he can to get the issue resolved. Major issues have been repaired. Waiting to see how the smaller issues turn out. Appreciate all of the effort. Can't afford a new vehicle these days. The prices are outrageous and unnecessary.

“As someone who has never really gone through insurance to pay for damages to my car, car star was excellent and explained the whole process. I was rear ended and the person knocked my back bumper off. They did not have insurance. Carr star was recommended by my insurance company. They had all the steps written on the wall when I came in. They were quick and efficient. It was easy to find. There was not a lot of parking out front, but they helped me out with that. I would recommend using them again. I only had to pay my deductible and my insurance covered the rest.”

“I am so very happy with the work that this body shop did for our van from start to finish! Brittany, at the desk, was very considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. She made sure I was guided through the process making sure I had everything I needed, including not forgetting my garage door opener! Tyler was my estimator. He did a wonderful job! He looked at my car where it had been damaged from an accident and walked me through what needed to be done for the repair. He was very kind, considerate, patient and knowledgeable. He also repaired a spot on my hood that I had gotten cabinet paint on-and did not charge me for his time, but did it as a courtesy (a service I was willing to pay for). I received text messages as well as phone calls throughout the process to update me on the process. They even washed my car before I picked up so I would have a clean car. I am very, very pleased with the staff and work done and would give it 10 stars if I could. Shout out to Tyler and Brittany specifically for such a pleasant experience in a difficult situation. They have my future business for any needs going forward.”
