Not a good bank but probably better thank pnc but central is better customer service and direct communication.

Kourtney is AMAZING! I can not say enough about this exceptional customer service. She worked unbelievably hard in trying to get my credit card to come in on time. From the moment I met her, she took a huge load off my plate and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. Chase is lucky to have her as an employee!
