I went to this location to cash a check- the check writer has an account here; I do not. But I do have identification and have never had a problem providing that or my thumb print. Considering this is the 4th or 5th check I have cashed at this location; I thought I knew the rules. I’ve always gone through the drive through because I have a toddler who is inquisitive and likes to touch things.I pulled in today and Ann- the head teller- was absolutely the rudest person I have encountered in a long long time. When I explained to her what I was doing- she waved her hand and said “ gotta come in”. I was a bit taken aback not only for the disrespectful manner in which she said it but also that she is claiming that I HAVE to come in because the lobby is open. Fun thing this time; remember that toddler? She’s in the back seat sick and I’m just now able to get out and about after a long bout with pneumonia. What I thought was going to be a quick errand before taking myself and daughter home turned into an unnecessary show of power. I am displeased and aggravated- I’ve never had any issue like this at this branch. My husband loves community trust - he has an account there as well as a loan that he just paid off. I am in fact disgusted enough that I will never visit this location again and I have a strong mind to insist my husband do business elsewhere.I can imagine this seems “ petty” but dragging my sick daughter out of the car when it was not needed is not petty to me.And to Ann- have the day you deserve ma’am. There was no need for being like that or the forced smile and attempt at pretending to be nice.

Bad experience with Amy Len Dailey, she was so rude with me and asked me to leave and stopped to serve me when I asked them to print me cashier checks policy after argument with her employee so I believe they were lying to me.

I’m a server, so I have to deposit cash frequently. Everyone is always so nice and fast :) I typically see Angelica through the drive thru window and she’s always so pleasant. Although they probably get annoyed with me because I ask for a deposit slip literally everytime I’m here.

Amy, the manager, goes above and beyond for top notch service. Jennifer is also wonderful and always available for any questions we might have. We won't bank anywhere else!

The “manager” Amy at this location was very rude and not helpful to me at all! I called another branch on Leestown road and we’re so POLITE and HELPFUL! As for Amy told me numerous times they didn’t have my check and could help me right now because she has a call and something other to do. When i tried to say I could call myself she put me on hold in the middle of me speaking! But THANK YOU TO LEESTOWN ROAD COMMUNITY TRUST FOR YOUR HELP AND MOST OF ALL FOR NOT BEING RUDE TO A CUSTOMER! My routing number was right and ended up with an extra 1 on my account number, but instead of her looking deeper or letting me finish telling her my issue she places me on hold AGAIN.

Was so very thankful this bank helped me and my husband join our accounts together after we got married- they made this transfer very easy for us while we all was dealing with life being not normal due to the virus world wide ! Thank you Jennifer! you went out of your way to help us ! Thank you five stars ⭐️

If you want an extremely terrible bank with an extremely terrible app that will only tell you your balance less than 25% of the time.. you've found it! Literally the app always tells me some type of error. No matter what.
