Sometimes checkout lines are long and frustrating with limited registers. While some feel prices can be higher than other stores, the location is clean and has a lot of inventory. Many customers would shop there again for their shoe and boot needs.
Just visited this DSW location for the first time and I was so impressed with the customer service that Melissa provided me! She made sure I was able to get the best deal, and I really appreciate her! The store was clean and well stocked. Will be back!
