“Very happy with Lexington Computer Clinic! We had a PS5 that was randomly shutting down during play anywhere from 15-45 minutes into play. We first took it to a different local repair shop (not Lexington Computer Clinic), who twice told us that they could find nothing wrong with the console. We brought it home and the first time we tried, the problem was still there, and it continued to randomly shut down.Thankfully we decided to take it to bring it into the Lexington Computer Clinic. They quickly discovered it was an issue with the console power supply. They made this fix, and the unit is now working just fine. When we picked it up, they explained that they always first try to repair the parts before just ordering a new part for replacement, and that they always use OEM replacement parts.They staff was very knowledgeable, quick and explained they whole repair process and needs thoroughly. I would recommend for gaming unit repair (and probably any repair) and will certainly look here first in the future should we have a need. Thank you!”

“I was very pleased with a service I had at Smart Point Store. I called in after water damaging my phone. A technician was very professional and friendly. They let me bring my phone in, even though they are under remodeling and were closed that day. My phone was fixed, and I was able to pick it up the next day. I really appreciate their fast service. Two other repair shops in town told me they weren't able to fix it when they looked at it, that it's not fixable and I had to replace it. I was worried about losing all my information. They were very patient with me and explained all the details about the repair they did. Plus, all my pictures and information on the phone were saved, and I didn't lose anything. The repair was done efficent and only cost me $60. I highly recommend this repair service in town. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy!”

“Overall the issue was addressed and the agents are very helpful and professional. But I had an issue trying to reach the office called multiple times could never get a response and also was told three different occasions I would be able to drop my phone off that they would rcleceive the new parts by Fri, then Fri turned into Tuesday, then Tuesday turned Into next Friday and I wasn't notified part's wasn't in yet and couldn't reach the office so I wasted a lot of gas driving an hr away and hr drive back for nothing almost 4-5 times to actually get my phone fixed. So that was very unpleasant for me. But they did fix my phone atleast.”
