“Right before a big trip, of course being my luck, my phone camera randomly decided to stop working! I thought there was no way someone would be able to fix it before I left which was less than a week away. I called CPR Cell Phone and spoke to Matt who was able to see me that same day and fixed it in less than 15 minutes! Matt is knowledgeable in his trade and even made some improvements where the last phone place I went to left some other things in questionable condition. “The gentlemen at the CPR store were absolutely fantastic!! We had a unique situation where it’s hard for us to schedule an exact time/day to drop off for repairs due to our work schedules. The store was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and had my screen repaired the same day, within a few short hours! Not only that, on my way to pick up the phone I ran into a wreck on my route. They waited for me to arrive and greeted me with a smile! They even installed my new screen protector for me. I am so impressed. I was able to work with Assurant through Spectrum Mobile to file a claim, schedule repairs and paid the deductible online. Super smooth experience! “I had an issue with my SON'S PS5 overheating and a damaged HDMI port, and I took it to Smart Point—best decision I could’ve made.
Vladimir really knows his stuff. He not only fixed the HDMI port perfectly, but also addressed the liquid metal issue that was causing the overheating. Since getting it back, my son’s PS5 runs like it’s brand new—no overheating, no connection issues, nothing.
What stood out to me was the honesty and experience. You can tell this isn’t someone guessing—he’s got real skill and takes pride in his work. Turnaround time was quick, pricing was fair, and the quality was top-tier.
If you’ve got a PS5 (or any electronics) acting up, don’t waste time or money anywhere else. This is the place to go.

“Left my iPhone 15 on top of my wife’s car, found it completely shattered in the road 20 minutes later with very little hope. I went several places and this is the only place that made me feel like I wasn’t being lied to!! This gentleman gave me his honest opinion that fixing my screen was a shot in the dark, but with hope due to my screen still showing the time. Sure enough, I went with the cheapest aftermarket option that he recommended, I was there no more than 15 minutes and walked away with my phone being completely operable! I was able to pull all of my data and transfer to my backup phone. Highly recommend!!”

“I find it CRAZY when people view their mobile plan as some sort of status symbol. My family has been on Cricket for 7 years and our 3 lines with unlimited data is around $100/mo. Additionally, we needed to go into the physical store for a new phone and had an excellent customer service experience. I don't remember her name, but it was her birthday and she most definitely exceeded expectations had the skill to navigate through our problems, and did so because she could not because she had to.”
