Had to drop off a package to RMA to Sony. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Keep in mind depending on the time of day traffic can get pretty bad trying to get in and out of this place. I would try to go before these factories have shift changes or get off work if you can.

Leaves packages out in weather no notice that they're delivered. Packages have gotten wet and damages several times

I had to return a very heave package back to the company I received the order from. The awesome lady behind the counter took great care of me and saved me money on packing. Really?? How great is that? Keep up the great work .
