“I have a pony with FWS. After some research, I settled on butyrate for an ingredient in his treatment. I found this company. Dr. Gill is incredibly helpful and kind. This product shipped quickly (Free Shipping) and I started treatment right away. Not to say results on my pony gelding are typical, if you know FWS, its indiosyncratic. But my horse stopped staining at 10 days on the Microbiome product containing butyrate. I observe his inflammation is reduced and his work ethic and mood are terrific! This was a great find for my boy and me!”

“Estes recently facilitated the transport and delivery of a new playground for my kiddos from Overstock.com. The local Estes facility in Lexington was very responsive to my communications and put me in touch with their last-mile delivery company on the day of my delivery. The last-mile delivery folks were spectacular! They broke down the very large pallet that the playground arrived in while it was still in the back of their truck. Then they carried all of the individual boxes (6 boxes total), the slide, and rock wall panels to the side of my house without me even asking for such a huge favor. My overall experience was certainly worthy of 5 stars! Thanks Estes!”

“Amazing customer service I was lost and they helped me find what I needed and then helped me check the website to see if it was in store and when it wasn't they showed me to look up what they had in store so they could price match it and read the back of the box to make sure I had the correct charger for my laptop and told me I shouldn't use a normal charger for usual use on my laptop. I called and Isaac answered the phone and when I asked if anybody could please come out and help me with the package, he did not give me grief or make me feel bad for needing help. “Incredible customer service from the front-desk employee at the FedEx facility on Buck Lane. I arrived frustrated after learning that a package for which I had paid expedited shipping would not be delivered until after the holiday because it had not been placed on the driver’s truck.
Although I was initially turned away, the front-desk employee called me back after confirming that the package was, in fact, at the Lexington facility. They then went above and beyond to locate it inside the facility and personally bring it out to me.
FedEx had lost quite a few points with me following my initial phone call and interaction at the gate, but this employee’s exceptional service completely changed the experience. They took ownership of the situation, found a solution, and ultimately made sure I received my package. I truly appreciate the effort and outstanding customer service.”
