“I cannot say enough good things about this location! I have used them for years and will continue to use ONLY this location! This morning I had a passport question and the guy told me they were talking about rolling out a program where they do the full application it he wasn’t sure if they had rolled it out yet but said it would be at the Hamburg location. He gave me their number and said to ask them about a TSA pre screen thing they do as well!So I called that location and wow how rude! They lady that answered was incredibly rude said they only do the pictures and I said fine the guy told me to ask about a TSA pre screening she said oh yeah we can do that, I asked what is was and she rudely said it was just what it sounds like! So at this point I decided to end the call, I mean I get it she was busy but damn! You guys should send some employees over there to help them! They need it!!!Oh well, great job at this location guys you guys rock!!!!”

“Nick was awesome yesterday. Granddaughters birthday gift lost in delivery. They didn't find it, but was so nice to hear in his voice that he and his co-worker cared.Unlike the oversea customer service which refused to connect me with the direct station. Yesterday they connected and Nick helped, today no present for Granddaughter and they say " we cannot connect direct" hummm... they did the day before. Of course, they were sorry for the problem.... "Joe" at customer service overseas.... you suck.”

“Today I had a really great experience. With all the craziness of the quarantining and what's going on right now I really needed to get something printed while still trying to keep distance and be safe for my self unborn child and 2 smaller kids. So one of the staples worker named John saw that I had two children in the car that I was hesitant to bring down, in fear that they would get sick. And offered multiple ways I could stay in the car and still get the print out sent to the store and then he brought it out to my car so that I wouldn't have to bring my kids inside the store. He was proof that humanity and compassion still exist. I will definitely be back.”
