The store itself is nice, clean, and well organized. Overall, it is highly recommended as a one-stop shop for top-notch products and excellent customer service, with employees noted as educated, kind, courteous, and caring deeply for animals. The business also provides services like adoptable pets and walk-in nail trims. However, experiences with the self-service dog wash station were mixed. Some customers found it not at all clean, noting the bays smelled terrible and that supplies like aprons and shampoo were limited. The wash price was considered too high by some, leading to disappointment. Despite this, many customers indicate they will be returning for future purchases for their pet needs.
Love going to the Lexington Richmond Rd store and seeing Marvel the store cat and visiting all the animals up for adoption. I think it is wonderful that they partner with local shelters to find homes for them. The reward program is a big help to me especially with feeding 5 dogs. I don’t shop anywhere else!!
