“First visit. My dog is 9 and never been professionally groomed. It was such a positive experience. No anxiety. She even found that he had an infection in his ear my Vet didn't catch in a recent visit. Rusty looks great too”
“Use Feeder Supply Self Wash every so often due to unexpected schedule needs. Over the last few years have found the grooming arms for the tables are missing in some bays. Also, the water pressure in some bays doesn’t seem to be as strong as in others.
The high velocity dryers could use some end attachments for dogs with long or curly hard to dry hair/coats and they only put out cold air.
Have spoken to others that feel the same about the condition of the bays and the accessories and water pressure.”
“Hopper bottom they open at 8, id show up at 750 and see if the gates are open and park at the scales. They ask if it's sealed (which it should be) and you turn in your seals for paperwork. Not a bad place at all”
“Met them at a local pool party for dogs in August. Bought peanut butter plain treats shakes like a little bone. My dog loves them and was sniffing through her travel bag today looking for them. Needless to say the bag is empty.”
“Very great store! Been wanting to check them out. Got a collar for Cooper, my sweet bully mix and also got him a pig snout. Was easy to find what I needed! The cashier Kaci was very sweet, and introduced me to the rewards program where I joined and saved 3.50! Props to her, you can tell she’s a natural at the job. “Love going to the Lexington Richmond Rd store and seeing Marvel the store cat and visiting all the animals up for adoption. I think it is wonderful that they partner with local shelters to find homes for them. The reward program is a big help to me especially with feeding 5 dogs. I don’t shop anywhere else!!”

“Knowledgeable as far as fish go and have very healthy fish at that. They're prices tend to be around the middle of the average for the species. Owners are very friendly though be sure to call before leaving in case they sell out or if the species you're looking for came in ill. They will do holds for you, not sure how long as I only needed a day.”
“I got my cockatiel here about a month ago and I am SO in love with him. He is happy and healthy and adjusting well to his new home. Thank you all so much! Even though I am overall very happy with the experience, I think it would be worth it for the owners to invest in small travel cages or proper boxes for when the animals are sold. It just looks kind of bad using an old liquor box with a few holes punched in the top, but like I said I’m overall happy, this is just one small improvement I think the animals would benefit from.”
