This place really shouldn’t be in business. It is by far the worst customer service and general banking service I have ever encountered across the US. I wish I could bill them for the time I’ve wasted. Go across the street to chase. Save yourself the time and headaches

They should be fired. Cloe was not professional, and the manager had no clue. Sucks to be out of town and need my bank of many years. I went 9 minutes down the road to another branch and received the help I needed with no troubles.
