People who rented truck before me left it a disgusting mess. Lady who checked me in went out of her way to clean it quickly for me so I could go on my trip with class.
She and the other gentleman at the front of store were courteous and helpful.

I had a great experience here. They were extremely professional and efficient. Brie the manager was fabulous. Also Rob was great! This is the only car rental place I will ever go in the Lexington area from now on.

Rod was amazing. This was my first time renting and car and after looking at the reviews I was kinda nervous about going to this place but Rob helped me out. He was very nice. Had the car for 6 days and drove from KY to FL and back.The car I rented didn't have windshield washer fluid or it would get a 5 star rating.
