“My online pickup time differed than opening time so I was an hour behind on a 10 hour drive. I normally get my vehicle a day before but was trying to save money this trip (bad idea). The manager could have been nicer this round, like acknowledging why I was at the counter at when he arrived. Overall, vehicles are always in excellent condition and im usually upgraded so I am satisfied with Hertz. Will continue to do business.”

“National I my go to. I rent a lot and it's nice to be able to choose your ride at most locations when you have status. But when flying into smaller airports their customer service members seem to lack in ability to make decisions on the customers behalf.”
