“I was taking Scouts to Sea Base and needed a van. After searching for several days, I was surprised that they were so hard to get. I went to this Enterprise around the corner from my office and asked if they had anything available. He said they didn't, but took down my name and number and he'd let me know. I found one online with Avis and reserved it before looking at their reviews, just happy I could get one. After looking at this Avis' reviews, I was dreading it. Even recent reviews were dismal at best.I got a call two hours before I was going to pick it up from Enterprise asking if I still wanted the van. I hadn't gotten a call that one was available, but I was so excited that I checked my cancelation policy on the other rental and went with Enterprise even though I had a $150 cancelation fee. When we went to pick it up it was a five star experience. The person who checked us out made it quick, easy, and stress free.My only complaint is that it cost me $150 since they didn't let me know sooner.”

“My car caught on fire two days after Christmas and when I went to pick up the rental my insurance company had arranged, the staff were genuinely kind as my nerves were a bit jangled. They showed me their dog pics after they’d seen mine in our car when my husband dropped me off. The service was quick, efficient, and…kind.Rare these days.”

“I rented a Nissan Murano at the New Circle Rd Location for 2 days. I never write reviews but I felt like in my case I needed to. I was helped though everything with agent Bailey Harmon. A kind, understanding so helpful young lady with one of the best attitudes ever! I even got a ride home after dropping off the Nissan. I would definitely go there again for my rental needs . Service like this is very hard to find in this day and time . Thank you so much !”

“My flight was scheduled to arrive after the counter closed so I had scheduled my car pickup for the next day. The agent was still there when I arrived at 11:45 pm so I was able to pick up my beautiful Chevy Malibu when I arrived, so I didn't have to Uber as planned. Great customer service and great vehicle. Would definitely recommend.”

“I found the website a bit hard to navigate. The price changed everytime I put in a different pick up time. Finally got it done and was pleased with the price.After an hour drive to pick up the car at 8:30 am, I was denied the use of a restroom! He said it was too disgusting which was believable based on what the storefront looked like. Otherwise the rental was quick and easy since I had done most everything online ahead of time.”

“Avis rental cars at Lexington Blue Grass Airport is so easy and accessible! The counter is across from the baggage claim and the cars are less than a minutes walk! No getting on a bus or a train to tske you to your location. Highly recommend!!”

“We needed to rent a vehicle at this last minute for our trip. Budget made it a very easy and quick process for us to do so. I was able to book online and pick up my vehicle with no problems! They exceeded our expectations with what we wanted and needed. Our Suburban was clean, had a full tank, and made for a smooth and comfortable ride! “Today 9/24/23 at around 5am, one of your employees saw us standing outside our rental car and asked if we needed help. She was on her way to work. We had returned our car rental keys to the Alamo drop box and left my backpack in the locked Toyota rav4. She helped us get our key even though the kiosk was closed and we were able to catch our flight. She refused a cash tip. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I want to commend her on helping us. She could have easily overlooked us and go one on to work. We are very grateful.”

“I was concerned after reading reviews but had a great experience. My flight landed after midnight. I called in advance to make sure I would be able to pick up my reserved car after hours. I had no issues picking up my car upon arrival even though my flight was even slightly delayed.Not sure why everyone else is having issues but for me it was like any other quick and simple car rental experience.”

“The National staff at the Blue Grass airport in Lexington Kentucky were friendly- helpful - cordial in the vehicle selection process on Monday 1/8/24. They offered me options and even went to the Enterprise counter to check their vehicle inventory for me. Once I made a decision on a vehicle they gave me the garage layout and where I could find the vehicle I had selected. It was a 2024 Hyundai Palisade and I really enjoyed the features and options the vehicle offered”
