When I finally landed at 1 AM, they were both there waiting. They were so friendly, compassionate, and understanding about my situation. After a long travel day, their kindness truly gave me peace of mind.

“When I was broke, credit messed up, and extremely irresponsible, Ready Rentals rented to me when NO OTHER company would. They didn’t force me to pay with a debit card. They didn’t add a bunch of hidden fees. For the circumstances I was in, they were the only ones to help. WE ALL KNOW THATS WHY WE USE READY RENTALS. Be humble and be blessed. “I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, but I have been going to budget over the past almost 6 months and Michael is absolutely amazing. He has worked with me. Make sure that I have had a car. Make sure that I wasn’t overcharged. He does everything he can to run that place if I could give it more stars I would seeing all these post on here. Makes me sick.

“My online pickup time differed than opening time so I was an hour behind on a 10 hour drive. I normally get my vehicle a day before but was trying to save money this trip (bad idea). The manager could have been nicer this round, like acknowledging why I was at the counter at when he arrived. Overall, vehicles are always in excellent condition and im usually upgraded so I am satisfied with Hertz. Will continue to do business.”
