“I cannot say enough great things about Taylor and Richard at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car/National counter. My flight was delayed three hours, and Taylor actually called to check on me and make sure everything was okay.
When I finally landed at 1 AM, they were both there waiting. They were so friendly, compassionate, and understanding about my situation. After a long travel day, their kindness truly gave me peace of mind.

“We needed to rent a big vehicle for my family to travel down to Florida from Kentucky for my wife's father's 75th birthday party. Online, you couldn't tell exactly what type of van you were renting; it just said something like a Ford Transit van, so I booked that months ago.
About a month after booking, someone from Enterprise contacted me to confirm the reservation and discuss our needs. Upon further discussion, they suggested their Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. They explained it was a slight upgrade but would fit our family much better. I told them that if it was available, I'd love to have it, so they put a note in the system.
The week before our trip, I called to see if the Mercedes van would be available. They weren't sure and said it didn't look like it, but they would let us know if it came in.
When the day of our trip arrived and I went to pick up the vehicle, I fully expected to get the Ford Transit. Instead, they pulled around the Mercedes-Benz van. It completely exceeded our expectations: a really nice drive, extremely clean and well-groomed inside and out, and just a great vehicle overall.
We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and the outstanding service from everyone at Enterprise. I will definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to anyone.”

Make sure that I have had a car. Make sure that I wasn’t overcharged. He does everything he can to run that place if I could give it more stars I would seeing all these post on here. Makes me sick.

“My online pickup time differed than opening time so I was an hour behind on a 10 hour drive. I normally get my vehicle a day before but was trying to save money this trip (bad idea). The manager could have been nicer this round, like acknowledging why I was at the counter at when he arrived. Overall, vehicles are always in excellent condition and im usually upgraded so I am satisfied with Hertz. Will continue to do business.”
