The Hilton Garden Inn Lexington is a newer hotel with very nice, clean rooms that smell nice. The recent remodel is fantastic. The staff is friendly and service is great. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the interstate, and nearby stores. Some aspects were disappointing. The pool was being renovated, which was not listed, and the pool water was noted as cold. In some rooms, the tub faucet dripped constantly and hot water took time to arrive. There is no coffee in some rooms, only tea, and breakfast costs extra. The hotel lacks extended stay rooms, featuring only small fridges, and some shower heads have low water pressure. Walkability could be better. Despite these points, many guests are very pleased and plan to continue staying.
Nice hotel and clean. Rooms have shampoo and conditioner. Fitness center is two treadmills. Pool is nice. No free breakfast. It's like 13$.

Easy check-in and nice lobby, things seem clean and the lady at the front desk was really nice. Rooms are clean and decently new.

I stayed here for two consecutive months for work training and truly cannot compliment the staff of this location enough. John, Larisha, and every single member of management were absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Friendly, compassionate, and so kind. I will 100% stay again.
