“Overall we had a good experience. Although walls and floors seem to allow noise to travel. New construction might have cut cost on noise barriers. There also was a bit of mold in the shower area but not a big issue. Free breakfast was well stocked. I would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Origin Hotel Lexington! The hotel is so cute and has a fun, boutique feel, and the location is fantastic. It’s right in The Summit at Fritz Farm, so there are great restaurants, coffee, and shopping just steps from the hotel. Everyone we interacted with at the front desk was friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. A special thank you to Emily, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make our annual girls’ trip feel special and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also had breakfast at 33 Staves, the onsite restaurant, and it was very good and surprisingly reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Origin was a great home base for our first visit to Lexington and for exploring the surrounding area. This was my first stay at an Origin Hotel and my first Wyndham stay, and it was a great introduction to both. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Lexington!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while our son’s soccer team was in town for a tournament. We had a little hiccup at check-in and ended up needing to change rooms, but Jordan was **phenomenal**! He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such a great attitude. With our entire team staying at the hotel, I’m sure things got hectic at times, but Jordan was always incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool area was amazing, and the breakfast was great! Everything we needed for a busy tournament weekend was right there. A huge thank you to Jordan for going above and beyond and helping make our stay a great one. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤”

“I recently visited Lexington, KY with a church group. The group leader had booked the hotel right next door to the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites. I arrived early before the full group and upon entering the hotel that was originally booked I knew that once the full group arrived in would not be a good trip. (See my review of the Comfort Inn next door). That hotel was uninhabitable. I decided to try this hotel and upon entering the hotel I was met with the best host ever, Kassandra Cox, was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she provide me with friendly and exceptional service, but she was able to accommodate the full group. Yes, the entire group moved to this hotel and the accommodations were wonderful. The full group was late getting there and although Kassandra was due to go home at 8:00 p.m. she stayed to make sure everyone got into there room and were okay before she left. She went above and beyond to make everyone's trip amazing. She provided suggestions of places to eat and attractions to see while in Lexington. I can say enough about the service she provided and cleanliness of the hotel. If you are in Lexington, I would say this would be a good choice for a reasonably price, clean accommodation with exceptional service. Fairfield give Kassandra a raise.”

“This hotel was really nice, the room was completely silent despite being near the centre of the town. It’s in a great location with its own parking. I found the room really comfortable - the bed was enormous, great rainfall shower, the rooms are serviced every day with fresh towels and bed made. The buffet breakfast is complimentary and pretty good. Would definitely recommend!”

She made some accommodations for us when we didn’t think it was possible there was a lot going on in this town with the college game and Angel made sure we were taken care of very professional, great attitude continuously smiling it made her stay really wonderful she is the reason we stay at this hotel when we come into Lexington”

“Definitely recommend during road trips/travels. Very clean rooms and nice 24 hr gym, access to clean flat/sparkling water and good tasting coffee 24 hrs. Tucked back at the end of a strip-mall area. Great staff- David was incredibly thorough and quick to keep things perfectly laid out, stocked, and clean at breakfast. Andrea at the front desk was very friendly to all guests as well. For runners, it is connected to a 3 mile loop to Liberty Park.”

“UNDER REMODELING CONSTRUCTION and it still was one of the best stays in an IHG Hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel a lot. We were there for the Alabama (Roll Tide) at Kentucky game. It was clean and close enough to get there and back. The rooms were clean and mostly peaceful. Someone was stomping upstairs. But you get that at any hotel. The breakfast was terrific, especially the waffles. We will be back here.”

“The hotel itself is nice. It was renovated 2 years ago and it looks extremely good. It's New Orleans themed. It's very dark on the inside kind of New Orleans looking with all the balconies looking inward versus outward. Just a really nice atmosphere. Had a nice little fountain on the inside. I enjoyed the vibe of the place”

“This hotel is very nice and in a great and safe location for walking and dining. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the lobby area has an air freshener system that is very overpowering. I am very sensitive to smells. This could cause issues for those who have asthma or other breathing issues.”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Hannah at the front desk! I had been driving for hours and was completely exhausted when I got here. I didn’t have a reservation I had just found this hotel as a halfway stopping point and decided to stop in around 10pm. Hannah was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made the check-in process so quick and easy, which I really appreciated after such a long day of driving. Her kindness really meant a lot to me! She was absolutely wonderful and made a great first impression of the hotel. I definitely stopped at the right place!”

“We had a great stay here. We stayed here for railbird coming in from out of town and really couldn't have asked for more. Leena did a great job checking us in and made sure we were well aware of how candlewood suites works as we've never stayed at this chain before. All staff members working railbird weekend were accommodating. Far enough away from the red mile we felt secure while also being a convenient location. Room was cozy. I actually slept really well the entire trip too. Does the trick!”

“I have never in my life seen housekeeping more organized than they were here. They were on it coming around with a clipboard to take notes of what was needed and then quickly brought us whatever we did need. The place was quiet minus traffic on the road. No loud music or people talking. I’m honestly sad that it seems to be always booked now because I loved my time here!”

“The hotel was directly on my driving path, conveniently located. Several restaurants directly in the area. Staff are helpful; the man running the breakfast buffet was very nice and attentive. He even brought me a refill for my orange juice. The hotel met my expectations of a Garden Inn. Would recommend if you're in the area and need good accommodations.”

“Place is very newly remodeled. Its obviously an older hotel from the outside but is completely remodeled on the inside. Lobby is nice, rooms are nice. AC was not on when we came in but kicks on when you come in, and seems to be cooling quickly. Would definitely stay again.”

From the check-in desk, to even the restaurant, everybody is incredible. Allow me to list a few of my favorites. Peter, Leonia, Mr. Tone, Haley, Mariama, Eric, CJ, Bradley, and also the two beautiful girl at the desk with Peter as well. Also big shout out to Michael who wrote me a handwritten note making sure everything was well for me. If you are traveling into Lexington, make this your first and only stop. Shout out to the team at this Hyatt. You all are the standard!”

“We weren't planning on staying here but had car trouble driving across the state and luckily were able to snag the last room on a busy weekend! Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even giving us recommendations on where to go for a car repair. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who was working the front desk upon our arrival because she was very kind. She ended our incredibly long and stressful day on a high note. Lots of walkable restaurants in the area.”

“The young guy with the hair needs to be promoted immediately. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran with complex PTSD. I walk with a cane. I'm in constant pain. I'm in a chronically bad mood. The young guy at the front desk was so kind and accommodating that it caught me off guard. People aren't that kind anymore. Thank you for the first night of peace I've had in a while.”
