“The hotel and staff were delightful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We were there on a particularly cold night and it was impossible to sit st the bar without getting hit by the cold air coming in whenever someone entered the lobby from outside. We felt bad for the bartenders that have to deal with this for hours! It may help to add a delay between the two sets of sliding doors, or add some heaters to offset the cold air.”

“The Rainfall showers are amazing. I may have showered more than once a day a couple days ? Staff were super friendly, however not so eager to assist if there were an issue. I'll at least take friendly reluctance over a hateful attitude anytime!
There's a quaint little bar down by the lobby with some great little plates as well as desserts. Nat was our bartender and she was delightful. Definitely will stay there again.”

Very clean rooms and nice 24 hr gym, access to clean flat/sparkling water and good tasting coffee 24 hrs. Tucked back at the end of a strip-mall area.
Great staff- David was incredibly thorough and quick to keep things perfectly laid out, stocked, and clean at breakfast. Andrea at the front desk was very friendly to all guests as well.
For runners, it is connected to a 3 mile loop to Liberty Park.”
“I love this Mariott. Beds comfy with new, fluffy pillows and it’s as clean as a whistle! I stay once every year when l commute to my winter condo. Grace was very kind and breakfast hot and fresh. The gym was clean and newer treadmills make my workout comfortable.”

“This was a fantastic hotel for visiting the University of Kentucky and not breaking the bank. Close to campus, shopping and food. The room was very spacious and clean. So much space to move around and be in your own space. If you had a few kids and needed a place to stay in Lexington near the University of Kentucky, I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.”

“My husband, myself and our fur baby Duke absolutely enjoyed our stay. After our RV broke down and sitting for four in half hours in the frigid cold, it was so nice to get to our room with the most comfortable beds and warm up. This was the first time Duke stayed in hotel room and he LOVED it. Duke had a queen size bed to himself
He made friends with everyone there. There was a special young lady named Sarah who works there and Duke absolutely loves her. I just want to thank Sarah for her kindness to our boy. I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean, warm and two queen beds that were amazingly comfortable. Thank you Double Tree for an amazing stay. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and staff at Staybridge Suites Lexington. We hosted a destination wedding in Lexington, and all of our guest stayed at the hotel. Every guest had glowing feedback, praising the delicious breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful pool, and spacious rooms.
The staff truly went above and beyond to make our VIP guest feel welcomed and appreciated. They made everyone feel at home and added so many thoughtful touches throughout the weekend. They even organized a special welcome reception complete with drinks, a ballon arch, and a custom wooden “J” featuring our initials for photos.
We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, hospitality, and the effort they put into making our wedding weekend so memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our celebration so special!”

“We had a great stay here. We stayed here for railbird coming in from out of town and really couldn't have asked for more. Leena did a great job checking us in and made sure we were well aware of how candlewood suites works as we've never stayed at this chain before. All staff members working railbird weekend were accommodating. Far enough away from the red mile we felt secure while also being a convenient location.
Room was cozy. I actually slept really well the entire trip too. Does the trick!”

“This hotel was fabulous. The room was very spacious, clean as could be, well decorated and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Slept well. The hotel lobby was super nice. There is a bar and a Japanese Restaurant located just past the lobby. Plenty of parking. Close to literally every kind of restaurant, shopping, gas station. Great location. Easy access to interstate. Will definitely stay again. Very pleased.”

Staff are helpful; the man running the breakfast buffet was very nice and attentive. He even brought me a refill for my orange juice.

“My son was in an accident and this hotel was near his hospital. The counter staff were kind, understanding and Soo helpful when I had to extend my stay. They accommodated my Mastiff puppy so well. I would recommend to anyone.”

“Place is very newly remodeled. Its obviously an older hotel from the outside but is completely remodeled on the inside. Lobby is nice, rooms are nice. AC was not on when we came in but kicks on when you come in, and seems to be cooling quickly. Would definitely stay again.”

“Fantastic room, great location for us, excellent service. The only downsides are that it was a little bit dark (they could use one more lamp or overhead light), and there was a big snowstorm overnight that dropped - no kidding - 3ft of snow off the roof right in front of our door.”

“Overall great stay. No payment issues. Working toilet. They charge 3 dollars a day for parking, which wasn't mentioned on Expedia. This is only a minor complaint given the cost of only 3 dollars. It would be more of an issue if it were much higher. The pool was under maintenance, but the staff was able to get us access to the pool of a partner hotel. Decent distance away from downtown.”
“Disappointed with this 21c Museum in Lexington , very few displays to view . Louisville is apparently the better location for the 21c Museum , many more exhibits to see”

Towels were not to the point that I would call them threadbare, but definitely not the plush towels that I usually get at Hampton Inns. Paint is cracked and peeling in the room. Hot water very limited in the shower. Overall, about what I expect from a lower tiered hotel chain.”

“Honestly overall really great hotel experience. Gave me a free breakfast voucher. Room was clean and relatively new. Most the hotel besides the pool seemed recently updated. Staff were very nice and made the whole process easy. Gave me early check in and a drink coupon. Location is perfect with tons of walkable places nearby or a short uber away. For the price, location, and amenities, I’d come back.”

“It was easy to check in. Room was nice, with comfortable beds as described. Bathroom was modern & easy to use for someone with disabilities. Hotel was undergoing remodeling, which somewhat interfered with our experience. Hotel was stingy with amenities like: no toothbrushes/toothpaste/mouthwash/ razor/ shaving cream; limited soap/ towels/wash cloths. No instructions for the baseboard heater unit. Cobwebs on lamps. Very friendly helpful staff.”
