The Hilton Lexington/Downtown offers a convenient downtown location with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and Rupp Arena. However, the hotel shows its age in several areas. While the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, some guests noted issues like worn beds and pillows, ineffective air conditioning, and humidity. One reviewer encountered a cockroach outside their room. The hotel's only dining option is a limited menu in the bar, which disappointed some guests. The pool is a highlight, with a warm temperature and attractive lighting. However, the shower room had only cold water. Guests also reported problems with the elevators, with two being under construction during their stay. Overall, the hotel's prime location in the heart of Lexington is a major draw, allowing guests to walk to many attractions. The staff is described as friendly, and the hotel is generally well-maintained despite its age. While the rooms may not be modern or luxurious, they serve their purpose for many visitors. With some updates, the Hilton Lexington/Downtown could better match the quality suggested by its brand name.
Great location downtown with lots to do in the area and Rupp Arena across the street.

This is my go to place to stay in Lexington. I always have great service. This last trip was just great. Lauren and Kati at the BBM were excellent.
