I had buyers remorse before I even made it to scan a few products and asked her if I could put back a few items, and instead of the typical (understandable) eye roll and exasperated huff, she smiled and said "I do the exact same thing when I'm shopping." We chatted for a few minutes about our painting preference, pets, and even favorite foods -- no one was in line behind me -- and she's just a delight to add to your customer experience. I wish I remembered her name, but I will definitely look for her next time I'm there.”
“Reviews of being disorganized were unfounded. There was wall to wall stuff but a definite method to the madness and most were reasonably priced. A nice selection of all kinds of nerdom. Complaints of bad service... I'd have to agree. We were met with a gruff "lemmeknowifyouneedanything" as the man then shut himself in the back room quite literally until we left and then he emerged when we opened the door. It was fine for us bc we were perusing but it certainly did not amplify our experience.”
“What a cool hobby store. The game selection is really good. I found a game I really wanted there. They also have a used consignment area as well. If you want to play, there are tables and events. Drinks are available too Don't miss this place, some hidden gems to be found there. Staff is friendly and they know games. Great place!”
