Bethany has been forthcoming and we sit down with her and go over all of our insurance needs and she explains in detail so that we can understand what exactly we are paying for and how our plans work. I spoke with Karen today regarding a family loss and a question about a letter we received. She was so helpful and gave me all the information I need and made me feel comfortable in regards to the claim that my husband and I were submitting. All in all they are a really great agency. The best part though is that they answer the phone, In person. You don't need to push button one two or three and you are not transferred to another country. It is one on one and I love the fact that the same people that we know since My husband and I moved to Lexington, Kentucky, 25 years ago, is still The same agent that we have come to know and love.
