“I recently switched from AT&T to T mobile. The reps in this store were great. When I arrived, they were out of the internet boxes, so Ivan offered to drive to a store across town to get me a box and bring it back to the store. While I waited, the manager offered me some snacks and the reps in the store conversed with me until Ivan returned. They were very nice and I definitely recommend not only switching from AT&T, but visiting this store for any assistance with Tmobile.”

“T-Mobile has fantastic customer service and excellent coverage — honestly the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been with them since the old Sprint days, and ever since T-Mobile bought Sprint, everything has only improved. The service is stronger, the coverage is wider, and the customer support is even better.

They have all the phones you could want at great prices, and the plans are some of the most competitive out there. Highly recommend stopping in and checking them out. These guys are great to work with.”

“I went in an unhappy Straight talk customer and left with a new (refurbished) phone which I like (Moto Stylus) and an unlimited text and data plan.
Having Angel (that is her name) help me really made a difference. I'm not sure if Straighttalk has customer service anymore but thanks to Angel, I'm now with Boost Mobile.”

“On Saturday 3/15/25 I found myself in desperate need of a new phone due to my cellphone battery unexpectedly swelling at an alarming rate. We had previously visited the T-Mobile location in Richmond, KY and did not have a good experience with the associate or Manager at that location. This experience prompted us to leave and head to the T-Mobile location on Richmond, Rd.

When we arrived the store was fairly busy, however, despite that we were promptly greeted by the team letting us know they would be right with us. We were greeted by the Manager on duty who connected us with Nathan. Nathan was very thorough in explaining our options to us and provided us with excellent customer service. He was also at times assisted by Rene & Keeghan. This was an exemplary act of customer service and teamwork. This store’s customer service should be the base model for ALL T-Mobile stores.”

“Windstream (seemingly) joins the AI Revolution.

Door-to-door sales folks still ignore no-soliciting signage. However, today they timed it to ring the doorbell and make my dog go nuts when my newborn wasn’t napping (thankfully).

In the past these knocks (ignoring my posted request for no soliciting) have occurred during my son’s nap, so they must’ve started using some sort’ve Big Data trained ML model to guess when it would not be the end of the world to ignore your wishes to not be sold their inferior internet service.

This feels like an odd use of AI. I maybe would’ve just generated a metric ton of copy about “internet service in city_name” to boost myself in googles ranking system instead of using it to predict infant sleeping patterns so I could continue to have bright and driven folks waste their potential walking door to door selling people a worse version of something they already have, but that’s just me.”

“We went in to cancel our membership. We had to make a reservation through the kiosk when we first walked in. We didn't know you needed a reservation, but it still went pretty quickly. Everyone was nice.”
