I received a letter from my agent that stated I needed to call to go over recent repairs. Jennifer was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure the coverage I had was sufficient. I have been with State Farm for a few years and Jennifer has always been friendly and helpful

jennifer was great! couldnt get my online quote to work of course so i had to call in. she had me handled and sorted before my 10 minute break was even over. even had a little hiccup and she took charge and made a note to take care of it herself so i didnt have to. thanks so much!
