Also, I usually avoid boutiques because the clothing styles are too young for me or the clothes are extravagantly expensive. “We had a bad experience at the Fayette Mall location when picking up our son’s watch we purchased for his wedding day. The watch’s band was scratched and we had special ordered this, so there wasn’t a replacement available. Her reply was - “he’s going to scratch it anyway”. When it’s your son’s wedding day- you want it to be perfect- call us crazy! In the off chance we decided to try Hamburg location and see if they may have one in stock. It was 10 minutes before closing but Delinda was shocked to hear the response we received at the other location and said- since we are leaving for California, maybe she could find one and we can pick it up there. She not only found- one- she called and had one shipped to a location closer to our hotel (well after they had closed for the night). Thank you , Delinda! She turned around our bad experience, without even making the sale.”

“Have been here a couple of times to have my rings cleaned, they have always done a good job. Recently took my engagement and wedding rings here to have them soldered together. Picked them up and noticed the next day that a stone was missing from the halo on my engagement ring. They replaced the stone, polished, and re-rhodiumed my rings for free. They know their stuff and have always been very kind.”
