“A while ago, I had my wedding rings sized up a half size at another jewelry store. My wedding band used to have a slight contour, but after it was resized, the contour was almost impossible to find, and the band was uneven in several places. It looked fine, but I knew how it was supposed to look, so it had been bothering me for over a year. I brought it to Rivard Fine Jewelry last week to see if anything could be done to fix it. I ended up going back during a time that Brandon was there so that we could look at the ring together. Brandon was able to make adjustments to my wedding band that day and restored it to its original contoured shape. Now it looks exactly how it looked when I first got it. I am so happy with the result, and I will definitely be bringing my jewelry repairs to them in the future! 100% recommend!”

The watch’s band was scratched and we had special ordered this, so there wasn’t a replacement available. Her reply was - “he’s going to scratch it anyway”. When it’s your son’s wedding day- you want it to be perfect- call us crazy! In the off chance we decided to try Hamburg location and see if they may have one in stock. It was 10 minutes before closing but Delinda was shocked to hear the response we received at the other location and said- since we are leaving for California, maybe she could find one and we can pick it up there. She not only found- one- she called and had one shipped to a location closer to our hotel (well after they had closed for the night). Thank you , Delinda! She turned around our bad experience, without even making the sale.”
