I call twice or three times in a row because they keep hanging up. It is frustrating when they do not send parts on time. I am always missing deadlines because of them.

Extremely difficult to get in touch with them or even pick up your parts when they're ready. When you get in touch they are friendly - probably very overworked, underpaid workers.
