This is the worst kroger pharmacy! They never have my medicine ready at the time they say it will be ready. They are very slow & always have a line that they don’t tend too or take forever to let the person in line that they will be with them. When I get here the tell me that it isn’t ready but they will have it ready in 15 minutes and it take 45 minutes very unprofessional. I really wish I didn’t have to give you a star because you all dont deserve it !

Please keep your pharmacy hours updated. I showed up on Sunday (today) to pick up my medication, and you were closed. Google currently says you are open during this time. I usually only have a 2-day window to pick up my medication before the previous one runs out. I was not able to get it today and now I’ll probably get sick to my stomach for the next two days.

The reps aren’t very friendly and they take forever to get your meds filled, if you want it faster you have to call and that’s a pain in the butt because then you have to deal with the automated system.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Understaffed and no one has a clue about anything sold in the health section

This Kroger pharmacy NEVER follows the company’s hours. For instance, this pharmacy closed at 5pm on NYE. The company website says 6pm. Time to find a new pharmacy.

I would give zero stars if I could. Use a different pharmacy. Staff gives you the run around and nothing is ever ready or being prepared anywhere close to the time frame they give. Which normally is whatever, they seem swamped, I get it, no problem.Wednesday they told my elderly mother who has cancer, that she could pick up her prescription for a muscle relaxer. They got the date wrong, they said come back on the 10th. We did, it's the same pharmacy tech and pharmacist. They say "I don't know who told you it was ready then, I wouldn't have told you that. Come back and pick it up tomorrow after 8:30 am." So it's now the next day in the late afternoon and my mom drives over to pick up her meds. The pharmacist says "no problem, just give us 30 minutes we got it sorted out". She waits and goes back. The tech has the audacityto say "the pharmacist doesn't feel comfortable filling it today, you'll have to come back tomorrow". After all that?! What a joke! Treating my retired nurse mom like an addict for coming to pick up her Rx when they told her it was ready. So my mom now gets to sit in pain because they got annoyed that we had the audacity to complain about how they act.

The only reason I gave them 1 star was because 0 wasn’t an option. Every time I go in this place they act like they’re doing me a favor to help me. When a script runs out do they make any effort that’s not automated to call a docs office and verify a refill? HellNo! Leg work or for lesser mortals than Kroger Pharmacy employees. They close at 8. I was at a stop light Last night nearby and could see that the drivethru already had the closed sign up. When I got to the window, the shade was down (it was somewhat transparent) but the person working drivethru could see me. They decided to ignore me. They went and got another employee that might or might not have been the burned out head pharmacist another poster referred to. This person came over, picked up the phone, and said “we’re closed”. I protested that it wasn’t 8pm yet. The rude person inside said, “yes it is” and slammed the phone down. If the place closes or even if the window closes at 755 I have no problem with that, but don’t say your open until 8 and close at 755 just because it’s been a long day or whatever. I’ve actually been in line on another occasion and had them wait on the car in front of me but close the window in my face. And this is not a Covid side effect. It was like this before it’s been like it since. I’ve reported this to management multiple times but the store manager’s hands seem to be tied on the issue. You can’t go to the head of the pharmacy because many times she seems to be a big part of the issue. She’s been a little more pleasant, going so far as to smile and even say thank you as of late as opposed to her previous reply of just saying, “sorry. Nothing we can do, next!!”And if a doctor calls in a prescription from a docs appt for someone who’s sick… you better forget getting well that day because it’s going to be 3-4 hours before they fill it. I’ve used other pharmacies in the same areas and the script was ready in the time it took me to check out of the office and get to the pharmacy, so it’s obviously not an impossibility. The only reason I haven’t switched everything over to one of these other pharmacies is I have quite a few medications and the headache of switching them over and dealing with Kroger over something as complicated as that, seems simply unbearable. It’s really just a ridiculous situation to have to deal with.

I went to pick up prescribed vitamin for my 2 months old baby girl and I was given expired vitamin. I had to take my daughter to the hospital and when I told the pharmacy and they did not do anything. This is how they treat the life of my 2 months old daughter. I have picture proof of all the receipt, medicine, and hospital visit.

This is not my first time, not even my second time but I can't count how many times I've shown up to pick up a prescription after multiple attempts to be told it isn't ready. I finally pressed today after 9 days of waiting to be told my prescription was on back order and they had no idea when it would be in. This is a medically necessary prescription that not one person called to tell me they didn't have and to ask my doctor to request a different pharmacy. When I pressed, the nasty pharmacist yelled at me and told me I needed to plan better. It's been 9 days. I don't know how much better I could have planned. I hate this pharmacy so much and will make sure everyone I know never uses it until the blonde Karen pharmacist is gone.

Poor customer service. Feel like I'm inconveniencing them every time I go to pick up a prescription.
