Just left with $136.00 groceries and find that my fresh raspberries were placed on top of my ground beef and ground sausage. Is bagging not taught any more? Had to throw them out

I had an unpleasant experience with Emma, a customer service representative at Kroger. I went to purchase lemonade on promotion, as indicated by a tag. However, Emma dismissed the tag, claiming the promotion wasn't in the system. She said she didn't care when we asked to talk to her supervisor about her attitude. Instead, she told us to complain directly to Kroger, emphasizing her more than four years of experience at the store. In any customer-centric industry, a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving customer issues are paramount. Emma's behavior not only fell short of these expectations but also showcased a concerning lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Her statement that she didn't care about potential complaints further highlights a disturbing disregard for the impact of her actions on the store's reputation.I hope that this feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement within the management, prompting a review of employee training and a renewed commitment to customer satisfaction at Kroger.

The low and appropriate rating is due to the rude and condescending employee of this Kroger. Today they went out of their way to be rude and quite ugly with my daughter. Unfortunately we did not get their name.I believe in karma so it will work itself out in the end. But such a shame! My daughter did not deserve this! No one does!

I recently participated in Kroger Credit Card promotion where you suppose to receive one year of "Boost" delivery service for a year. I activated in October and was charged $59 for Boost membership. In early November I called the credit card company and they indicated the "credit" would show up on November statement. I received the statement on line a few days ago and still no credit. I called credit card company and they gave me the Kroger rewards number. Called that number and they tried to give me 590 fuel points (which is worth less than $10. They did because that's all they could do? So they transferred to a supervisor and I was told I'd get points equal to the $59. So this morning I looked and no points anywhere? Seems very unprofessional for a Company like Kroger? Please Kroger do what you say you are going to do!!!

Usually love it but my partner bought flea meds here and they didn't work, at all. (Pet armor)Well, he didn't have the receipt on hand and one clerk said there was "no way he got it there" as if he were trying to scam them, after she tried to search his Kroger card. Maybe she was gonna have to foot it from her own paycheck? He leaves, checks the app, finds the receipt and goes back in. Guess who's not there now? The other clerk, younger lass, way nicer and understanding. What in the world? Did he not meet the visual standard for good treatment? He was pretty dirty from work. I go here all the time because it's a huge store and rarely slammed...the service isn't exactly brimming.

This store always has issues with item availability and poorly stocked shelves. Employees are unhelpful at best but I think sometimes it may not be their fault because the computer system is so pathetic. Watch out when checking out because their system will ring up items wrong on a regular basis and it's never to your advantage. You will end up paying $8 for asparagus which is supposed to ring up &2.50 and the little dude will tell you that's what it's supposed to be until he figures out you're right then he's the one annoyed with you. The only reason I shop here is because it's close to my house. Otherwise, it's a poorly run store with a lot of empty shelves, messy environment and annoyed employees. Only come here if you run out of other options.

WATCH YOUR CHECKOUT PRICES!WATCH YOUR CHECKOUT PRICES!THEY ARE OFTEN NOT WHAT'S POSTED ON THE SHELVES or "SALES" signs.Otherwise, the store is nice, well stocked and clean. I love the produce and variety of products, but I have learned you cannot trust the big yellow sales signs to be accurate/true, particularly in Produce and Dairy. You have to pay close attention to the terms of the sales offer.Often they are tied to digital coupons that are difficult to enable using a smartphone app that often doesn't connect to your Kroger Plus Card number. Often they have fine print that requires a quantity purchase or purchase of allied items. But, more often, the prices at the cash register are just wrong, and usually higher than the prices posted. If you notice the overcharge, the cashiers are usually pretty quick about fixing it, but it does require you to take the time to notice the discrepancy, present evidence of the discrepancy and wait while they make corrections on the screen. I usually have to return to the shelf item, take a cell phone picture of the price and bring it back to the Cashier. All the wile my frozen items are thawing, cold items are getting hot and time is ticking away (time is money) This must be system-wide, there is a class action suit over this issue in the State of Illinois.

Working at Kroger has been a rewarding experience. The supportive work environment, friendly colleagues, and opportunities for growth make it an excellent place to build a career. The company's commitment to customer service and community engagement creates a positive atmosphere, and the diverse range of tasks keeps each day interesting and fulfilling.

I am thrilled that Kroger will finally have formidable competition. I am beyond tired of ONLY having Kroger brand as a choice. Just yesterday, there was no Frozen Vanilla Yogurt option. As well, their so called “organic” selections are a joke. Many of these products are raised in Asia. Who is stupid enough to believe there is diligence in organic farming i. China? Guess those are folks that believe Biden, Clinton, Obama…Kroger at Beaumont are workers of exceptional integrity. Far beyond what this store management deserves.!Last but not least, the mgt. continues to allow non-service animals in the store. I have addressed this for now 3 years only to have mgr. s claim they cannot do a thing. However, there are a few standard questions they can ask but apparently they would rather disrespect the person in true need of. a service animal or they are simply ignorant of the law. I have also sent this information as well as service vs support animal. They simply do not care to support those that require a true service animal.I already prefer the Walmart Grocery in Palomar. cannot wait for another option.

Editing my review since you can’t apparently review Kroger anymore. Don’t buy meat from Kroger anymore; they are shamelessly reducing quality while raising prices. Go to Critchfield’s instead; you’ll be paying the same prices and get something actually worth your money.I only do clicklist at this Kroger once a week, so this review only reflects that service. I placed an order for groceries today and when I picked them up I was a bit dubious that they were all there. When I got home and reviewed the receipt, about 30% of my order was missing; this clicklist had missed things before, but not to that degree. I called them back, informed them of the problem, and agreed to pick up the remaining groceries after 8PM, asking them to refund the missing items to which the agreed. I went out there for a second time and the guy that came out told me that they refunded the pickup charge (of course you did, why do you think that means anything) and credited me $10, not the agreed on refund of all the items I had to come back to get. When I pointed this out, the person said they would only refund everything if I didn’t come back for it; good to know that they are willing to not flat-out steal from me if I mention it. He said that is what the person I spoke to meant despite her explicitly saying otherwise. Pretty sure I am going to start getting my groceries at Walmart or Meijer.

Worst experience with pickup at this location. Order was suppose to be ready at 2:30. Checked in at 2:30 only to wait in parking spot until 3:45 for it to finally come out. Manager Cody did not apologize when I finally asked for him at 3:15. He told me they are doing the best they can and running 1-1.5 hours late. No phone call or email letting me know this. Store manager Doug also just made excuses. The whole experience was absolutely unacceptable and I highly recommend NOT doing grocery pickup for convenience at this location.
