Had a prescription called in on 06/18/2024 I arrived at 8:20 am to pick up rx for a procedure. I was told they we're "working on it." 30 minutes later with noone in sight I pecked on the window after the call button and phone got no response. Guy finally came to the window and said they were still working on it, this was a rx for 2 yes only 2 pills. They were not busy only saw 1 person come inside to the pharmacy. Fast forward about 7 more minutes and the rx miraculously appears. This was the easy pleasant part, next was met with rude and uncaring attitudes. I had sat there long enough that my vehicle battery died. I am a 65 year old woman and had a 3 and 7 year old grandsons in the car and it was getting hot. The pharmacy staff just stood and stared at us thru the window, no offer of help, caught them even laughing at one time. Finally pecked on the window to ask for help, girl said she'd have to go to the front manager and ask. Came back and said the stores boosting cables had been stole but they may could find some but I would have to bring a car to boost mine because it was against company policy for any employee to help us or use their personal car. These were the rudest and most uncaring people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I thought Kroger had higher standards than this. I know my local Kroger will always go above and beyond to help. On of the employees from the Arthritis and Knee pain center left her job to come boost my car off. I reported your employees inaction to them as they send most of their rx to you, I hope they find another who actually will care for their patients. My plan is to never do business with this uncaring place again and will continue my complaint up the chain.

Locked main door at 9 pm to discourage anyone not smart enough to go in via cash register door from shopping on 6/23/24.

The best one around. It's always busy but shelves are always full. Staff is friendly for the most part, sometimes not but that's few and far between. Always has what we need and then some

Shout out to my fav Kroger in Lexington...I drive often to this one although several others are closer. Did grocery pickup today and they way everything was packed, including my raw meat in an extra plastic bag, was refreshing to experience. Thank you!!

Nice store, found everything we needed. Two baggers at the check lanes which got us checked out even faster.

I had such a wonderful experience! I was greeted by Sue as I was walking through the store. Thomas, Saundra, and Linda made sure that I had gotten everything I needed and then Sue made sure I made it to my car safely. Every customer is made to feel important by this staff. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is why. Thank you to every person that works to keep everything going.

One of the nicest Kroger I've been to. Store is immaculate and well stocked. Store associates are very helpful.

we shop here every now and then, it's a huge store and hard to find what we are looking for, since we do not come here often.

This Kroger is very disappointing. The store is often messy and disorganized, produce is often not in stock or of poor quality, and the customer service is not great. Staff members are often on their phones and there it is hard to find someone to help if needed. Additionally, there are rarely any cashiers at checkout. When possible I try to go to Walmart instead of this Kroger, because at least the prices are significantly lower there. The Starbucks at this Kroger is good though.

Just left with $136.00 groceries and find that my fresh raspberries were placed on top of my ground beef and ground sausage. Is bagging not taught any more? Had to throw them out

This isn't specifically just for this location, it's for Kroger in general. As some one who predominantly shops at Whole Foods, Aldi, Trader Joe's and the Co-Op, I don't appreciate how dishonest Kroger is especially with their marketing tactics. I am glad that we see less of the wifi vultures that used to harass you as soon as you walk into the store. However Kroger now is making their digital coupon tags identical to their tags that offer a lower price if you use your Kroger card. So when you check out thinking the price was low if you use your Kroger card it's actually not going to ring up unless you have the digital coupon... No thanks. You wouldn't know unless you read the microscopic fine print, dishonest.
So yeah, I paid $6+ for blueberries that I could have gotten for $4 & some change at Whole Foods which would have been organic. Ill stick to Whole Foods, a lot of their products are actually priced cheaper & better for you.

This store has just about everything. The biggest store inside Lexington. I like to use the self-scanning checkout, but you have to be sure the glass is clean or it may turn into a very slow process.

I had an unpleasant experience with Emma, a customer service representative at Kroger. I went to purchase lemonade on promotion, as indicated by a tag. However, Emma dismissed the tag, claiming the promotion wasn't in the system. She said she didn't care when we asked to talk to her supervisor about her attitude. Instead, she told us to complain directly to Kroger, emphasizing her more than four years of experience at the store. In any customer-centric industry, a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving customer issues are paramount. Emma's behavior not only fell short of these expectations but also showcased a concerning lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Her statement that she didn't care about potential complaints further highlights a disturbing disregard for the impact of her actions on the store's reputation.I hope that this feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement within the management, prompting a review of employee training and a renewed commitment to customer satisfaction at Kroger.
