Called and spoke to someone incredibly rude. She refused to answer my question and hung up on me.

I arrived and was pressed for time and they were excellent getting me back and out the door. Very professional and understanding.. 5 stars!!

I utilize the LabCorp office on a quarterly basis and have never encountered such consistently unsatisfactory customer service at any business establishment. The lady responsible for the front desk is impolite, unprofessional, and, in my opinion, should be reassigned to a non-customer-facing role.
