Phones do not work but there’s nothing on the answering machine stating they don’t work, just to leave a message and they will get back to you. When I went in person they told me their phones and fax machines do not work they can only receive orders by email; however, it’s a HIPAA violation to send orders through email. Sorry, rundown building.

Manager, PLEASE READ - My wife went by there today to get a lab drawn and walked in around 5:20 and let the front desk lady know she was there for a lab. The front desk lady was on her phone talking with her boyfriend or husband or something and did everything she could to get my wife to leave. She told her that they close at 5:30 although the website and online clearly states in closes at 6. My wife continued to ask her if she could just her one lab real quick before they closed. She huffed back at my wife and then told the person she was on the phone that she was "sorry but she had to get off the phone," as if she didnt want to do her job and help a customer with her labs. The customer service was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Surely the number of 1 star reviews dating back to over a year ago would prompt some sort of change, but it's clear Lab Corp is still dealing with this same person. We will not be using their services again and I recommend seeking services elsewhere if you were considering your labs completed at this establishment.

Very rude staff, and as noted in the comments, very sketchy billing situation. My doctors office is downstairs but I wont go to them for bloodwork.

This facility has some of the sketchiest billing practices I've ever seen and the employees were beyond rude and completely disorganized. They wanted me to put down a card authorized for * up to* $210. They said " it won't be charged until its been billed and they won't charge more than $210". I have NEVER heard of this. I am not putting down a card without knowing exactly when and how much will be charged. They need to be shut down.

The staff at Waller Ave. are the most unpleasant employees I have encountered in years. I've gone to this location for quite a while now and I will not go back. It seems like they'd rather be anywhere than at work. I don't write reviews often but this one needed to be written.

Tried to charge $750 for blood work covered by Insurance. Wouldn't do any tests unless they had a credit card to hold. I went to my pcp office and had the tests done with no questions asked. Don't waste your time here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm from out of town and came to get my blood work done. When I checked in for my appointment the lady at the front desk said "you can't be in here without a mask" I asked her very nicely if they had any extra mask and without even looking she said "NO!" If you're going to require mask upon entry of the building you should have extras on hand to give your paying customers. Very unprofessional and the building was very dirty. If you like being treated like ponscum I highly suggest visiting labcorp, as they specialize in rude behavior and unprofessionalism.

Rude front desk lady, who can't be bothered to even do her job. Very unprofessional. Wanted a credit card to scan in my chart, and refused to due the labs without one. Nope, if I can't trust you look and see that my labs are covered 100%, then I can't trust you enough to scan my credit card to have on file. Who does that anyway? Please free this lady from the job she obviously hates.

This is the worst place possible to have anything “ or try to have anything done” my daughter went to have bloodwork done and the lady tried one time and told her policy wouldn’t let her do it again then told her she had to hurry and leave so she could get to her second job. If she can’t do her first she doesn’t need a second.

Went in for bloodwork. No appointment needed and no wait. Staff was nice and helpful. Would go again!
