First time at this location. I only stopped in to return an item. Customer service was excellent. The store is beautifully laid out and employees I encountered were all very pleasant.

Had an issue with my Ray Ban meta glasses. Went into Macy's and the rep their was amazing he did all the troubleshooting and switched out my broken pair for a new pair. Excellent service.
