I have bought two mattresses over the past 5 years from Macy,s. The first one had a noticeable depression after 6 months, we returned it for another brand. Fast forward 3 years and we bought a mattress for the master bedroom and it too developed a depression after 8 months. This time I was informed that there is no manufacture defect and I’m stuck with a mattress with a huge dip in it! I will never buy another mattress from Macy’s! What a rip off!

Maylin from the jewelry department was a tremendous help at helping me pick out a watch. She was very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. Will definitely return soon!

I went in for some skincare items at the Clinique counter and the lady was with a customer so I was waiting patiently kinda looking around, and here comes this lady from another counter asking me what I needed and kept repeating the same thing over and over "I can cash you out over here " motioning me over to another counter. I said"that's okay I wanna wait on the Clinique lady I have some questions, instead of letting me be she said I can help you so I asked her about a product (she didn't even know what I was talking about) and then yet again asked me to follow her and cash out, I said I'm not interested anymore. I couldn't help but feel like she just wanted my commission, and was trying her best to steal the Clinique lady's sale, she was not knowledgeable about the product and very pushy .

Huge Macy's store located in the mall. It has a lot of selections and restocks in decent timing. It's always great to see a memorable store around the holidays, especially in the malls. Can always count on getting a good selection of shades. 😎
