They continually provide the highest level of customer service routinely going above and beyond. Our most recent experience was the most notable. Had a repair needed and Michelle accommodated our schedule while going out of her way to make it affordable. “I can't thank Kelly & Ethan enough for helping me out in a bad situation. We're from GA & were supposed to return the next day. A horrible noise started coming from the front right of our car. My husband was sick & I would be driving thru the GA mountains. I read the reviews & felt comfortable calling Clarks to see if they could help me. Kelly said they were really backed up due to the holiday, but bring it in & they would take a look. Maybe they could take care of it the next day. I took it in & Ethan took a drive with me, then took the car into the shop. The horrible noise turned out to be a loose caliper bolt & a missing one. Also my front brakes were shot & the back weren't looking great. Ethan showed me, but it didn't mean much. I told them if they could, I wanted them all replaced. They ended up being able to do it that afternoon & we were safely on our way the next day. I felt comfortable they were doing the right thing & I was very thankful for them quickly helping out someone who will probably not be a return customer. However, I did give their information to my sister & brother in law for future use. Thank you again, for your help.”

“I do have to give 5 stars. They knew exactly what to do. I had called them to see if they could do the work. They told me initially that they could not get to it, but when I told them that it's been sitting for a while, they had me to send them pictures of what was wrong. They told that they could get to it the following week. So I had it towed into place and they got right on and had it fixed before I was ready, that's never happened anywhere. When I went to go pick it, it was the first time that I visited their shop. They were great people and the van came back totally fixed. They actually did it cheaper than I thought it could be done for and came to me highly recommended. The car had sit for 6 months as I couldn't find anyone to work on it until then. I went out and bought another vehicle to drive into I find someone to work on it. After I totaled the vehicle I was using until I could find someone, I went and looked at other vehicles and I couldn't find anything, I had no choice but to get it repaired and I no vehicle to drive in between time, but they were quick and thorough. I couldn't ask for better service.”

“They were ok for the most part. Easy to schedule an appointment, prompt service, polite staff.I came to this place through Costco's auto care program for a routine service. I mention this in case anyone else is coming here for routine service thinking they'll get Costco's advertised 15% off. I was told that the 15% does not apply to fluid replacements as the margins are too thin and it doesn't apply to labor either I guess.In addition, I had to Google the service codes to ask for what needed to be serviced (almost left without getting brake oil replaced because I hadn't checked what the diagnostic code meant). I didn't think I needed to do that with a professional service place. On top of this, I was offered a $96 air filter change (which is quite literally a 10 dollar filter and 2 minutes of time that I later did myself). I use this as a metric of shops offering basic maintenance at extremely inflated markups. In addition, they left the dashboard open with the plastic support unhooked so the dash kept staying open until I had to check youtube how to fix it...In summary, good price for oil change and ok price for brake oil change. Know what your car needs done when you're coming here for routine maintenance. Overcharging for air filter change and did not put back the dashboard drawer as it should have been.”

“Went in for an oil change having not been to a Valvoline Instant shop before. I shared my concerns with the staff. With a smile and warm greeting, Kristopher quickly assured me I would be taken care of. They showed me recommendations but didn't hard sell me. Jordan explained a code I was worried about which was reassuring. My oil change took 15 mins as promised. Jordan and Kristopher were top notch! Fast and Friendly team!”

“I went in tonight thinking that I had a leak in my tire but ended up needing two new front tires. They had an hour before they closed but they still worked on my car. I’m not sure who the gentleman was but he was telling me he had worked a really long shift but he was still very nice to me and worked on my car last minute. Whoever you are thank you again!! A friend of mine recommended this place because of the friendly staff and excellent service and that is definitely what I experienced. Will definitely be back!”

“My experiences were phenomenal!!! I have a Toyota rav 4 2003..the original parts are starting to wear out… I have made a least 4 trips to this location about my car. Each time Angel, Armando and the main tech have been polite and extremely concerned. They helped and advised me exactly what I should and may want to do, basically gave me options. “I've always felt like the folks at this location won't try to take advantage of the fact that I'm young and a woman, which is far better than I get at the dealership (so I avoid the dealership and service my car exclusively here). Case in point: last summer my AC went out. Took it here so they could run some dye through it and find the leak. Was charged what I thought was a reasonable price for the labor to do that, and they also temporarily fixed the AC (a permanent fix would come once the dye had had time to run through the AC). They told me to come back the following week so they could check where exactly the leak was. When I returned, the tech said, "We've found the leak, but I actually suggest that you do nothing for now because the temporary fix will last for a while." And it did. I returned this summer once the AC finally went out again, and they completed the permanent fix free of charge.I've also been pleased with Jae Cee in particular. He's kind and funny. I hope he and his team get a raise if they show this to whoever determines their salaries!”

“I moved to Lexington in 2017 and January of 2023 my Ford Fusion which has been my favorite car took a turn for the worse (nearly 200,000 miles - transmission leak). As it's been a wonderful car! Byron at the Ford Service explained my options of cost and he also referred me to a car salesman because it wasn't worth the cost due to high mileage so I traded it and it was the best move! Paul Miller Ford staff are all phenomenal folks! If any issues with your car/truck... I highly recommend Paul Miller Ford service to look at it and ask for Byron!”

“Had Lowell's work on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma the week after new years. I had a list of general maintenance items that I wanted done. Before they did any of the items, they called me and informed me that 2 of the items were not needed. They said the rear brake shoes were only 40% worn and that I did not need an oil pan gasket, but only needed an oil pan plug gasket which cost a little over a dollar. They took care of the other items to my satisfaction and probably save me a few hundred dollars on the total bill.I would definitely recommend Lowells to anybody. Excellent work at a very fair price and I appreciate their honesty.”
