“Zack was great! I stopped by for an oil change about a week or two ago, and the entire experience was quick, professional, and efficient. I requested that they not add windshield washer fluid because I use a specific type, and they respected my request without any issues.
They checked my engine air filter and let me know it was still in good condition, which I appreciated since they could have easily tried to sell me a replacement. They also offered to replace my cabin air filter, but I recently had it changed. It's nice to know they provide that service for customers who need it. They made sure all of my tires were inflated to the proper PSI and took the time to explain everything they checked.
The staff was friendly and honest throughout the visit. If you stop by this Valvoline, be sure to ask for Z. He'll make sure you have a great experience!”
