βI had a strange noise coming from one of my tires but was unsure what the cause was. I had been assuming the worst (wheel bearing, bad rotor, etc.). After an hour of looking at my car, Meineke called & said my rotor dust shield had gotten bent/warped, likely during the winter storm, & that he adjusted it for me free of charge! I will never go anywhere else in Lexington to get my car problems checked out, theyβre extremely quick and kind people!β
βI found an ES online in the color I liked at this dealership. From the get go, Matthew Marrs were quick to respond and had no BS marketing techniques. They of course did try to sell their extended warranties and service contracts, but I simply said no and there was no pressure. No hidden costs and everyone was upfront on pricing. Did everything over phone, text and email until I picked it up. Would highly recommend!β

βI cannot recommend Valβs Auto Collision Repair enough. Dealing with an accident insurance claim is stressful, but they took all the hassle away. They communicated directly with State Farm, provided regular updates, and returned my 2024 Mercedes GLE 350 looking pristine. The professionalism of the whole team, especially Val, was outstanding. A genuinely 5-star experience from start to finish!β

βCalled a couple places to see about getting my brake pads replaced, Keith was the only one who immediately took care of me and ordered my brakes right then and there. Not to mention he quoted me $200 less than any other place. Within an hour I was at his shop and in total spent 45 minutes getting them replaced, was allowed to sit in my car the entire time. He rotated my wheels and cleaned my headlights for free in addition to replacing my brakes. 10/10 will definitely continue to use his services!β
βHave struggled to find good mechanics in town and I first came across this place when I had my BMW 328i inspected for a sale I was going to make. Decided to come back with my Saturn SC2 to get a water pump installed and new trailing arms put in. Super quick service and a very reasonable price.
I normally can do most things on my car on the top, but for anything that's out of my skill set I'll be taking it to Charlie's from now on!β

βMy wife & I have had 2 vehicle buying experiences that we were completely satisfied with & Don Franklin Hyundai was one of them. From the initial contact over the phone after our online inquiry to the final signature, everything was great. We test drove 4 different Santa Fe SUVs to experience different trim levels, engine choices & drive trains. Jamal was great to work with! He let us take our time & did not hesitate to grab the vehicles we were interested in. Before we went to the dealership he even did a video walk-around of 2 vehicles & sent it so my wife could compare colors. Before we left, Misty explained every feature, I'm mean EVERY, with us so that there no questions when we got home. All of this was done amid the COVID-19 pandemic as well. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!β

βAnother place told me my flat could not be fixed and I needed to buy new tires. I liked the price here so was going to buy a set but I first asked if they could plug the hole. They checked and they repaired. That is honest.β

We had had a rough time after losing my car to a freak accident during the ice storm and we're at our wits end. John, Julie and Miss Lydia made a horrible situation go away.
I had no idea there were still places like Complete Auto in existence. Oh, if only. These people were and are a God send.
I have told everyone I have come in contact with since, and it was just this week. Even the young man helping me out with groceries, the salesman who sold me my new used car as well as other friends and family and complete strangers. Lol!
They will have all my future business and as many others I can tell.
If you wanted to do business with people who follow the Golden Rule go to Complete Auto Care on Palumbo Drive in Lexington. KY. You will not regret it. If you do not live in Lexington, trust me it will be worth the drive.
They have my undying gratitude. I hope to get to know them better as I continue to visit.

βI had a broken side mirror (someone had hit it and fortunately reported it to me). Boots gave me two estimates based on the degree of damage they might find during a thorough inspection. Chuck, the young man who made the repair, was very professional and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Boots and will definitely return to them s for future auto repairs.β
βI brought my car in with a punctured tire and had a great experience. Even though it was a busy afternoon, they were able to repair my tire and get me back on the road at a very reasonable price.
