“As a member of the BACK Construction team, one of the most active remodeling companies in and around Lexington, we work with a variety of vendors throughout the area. Paint Horse is consistently one of our go-to paint suppliers. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right solution. They do an excellent job matching new stain to existing finishes and helping us select the best products for each specific application. We value their expertise, customer service, and commitment to helping us deliver quality results for our clients. Paint Horse is a great partner, and we highly recommend them!”
“We had the best customer service ever! I don’t feel like another customer, but like a ver important client. They helped me find exactly what I needed in my budget. We worked Aaron and Tanner and they were both fabulous!”
“I’m not one for writing excellent reviews. I find them hard to write. Easier to express dissatisfaction. There was absolutely nothing other than 5 star service. The first meeting and estimate to the crew. Kari, Jess and Tony were respectful and took great care with my things and even my dogs. I would recommend Superior painting in a heartbeat.”
“I was priced $9 a bolt by 2 other stores, I called Todd and he worked with me over the phone and he was super knowledgeable and friendly!!! Great customer service skills!!! Great employee!”
“Thanks Dan and crew for helping me select the best product for finishing my project. Very helpful, professional, and went the extra steps making sure everything went great.”
“Great paint store. I’ve been using their paints professionally since 1982 and have been extremely happy with their products and customer service. Jason (the owner) is very good at color matching which is hard to find nowadays.”
“Great place for all your painting needs, great paint, brushes, rollers and anything else you need to get your painting project completed, knowledgeable, professional, friendly staff, great place to save money in these inflationary times, great pricing, clean, organized and free parking.”
“TJ and Mikey came to Flatwoods KY for this job a 2 BRs, livingroom, kitchen and bathroom apartment for carpet, padding and linoleum removal and replaced with new hardwood flooring and had it completely done in 1 day. These guys are great guys, knowledgeable, friendly, men that really put in real work and cleaned up all their waste and swept the floors as well. I highly recommend them for any kind of flooring jobs remember TJ amd Mike”
“FarmPaint is a wonderful company, whose products are made " in house" and not outsourced from somewhere else. The employees are extremely helpful. I use the paints both commercially and for my own use around my farm. In particular, the acrylic line is very durable and long lasting. Clean up of equipment is a breeze with normal soapy water. I like the ease of use of the acrylic line of paints. I was skeptical at first of acrylic paints-but all I can say is that their line of paints are far superior to others. Lori has always been my point of contact and she is great to help me with any advice or questions I may have. I am in Georgia but always order my materials from FarmPaint because of the superior product and customer service!”
“For 53ft Trailers. Please come on night and sleep on dock. Blind spot back. Open 7 am. Shipper is super nice and friendly. Washroom available. Backing 53ft is tricky and need patience.”
“I’ve had consistently good experiences with Sam, Michelle, and the team at the Sherwin-Williams on Richmond Road in Lexington. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with, whether you have a quick question or need guidance on a bigger project. The service is reliable and friendly, and they make the process straightforward. Definitely a solid, dependable location.”
“Beth was so patient and understanding and helpful when assisting us with our recent motorcycle project! From color matching a few different paints to making sure we had everything we needed.. definitely recommend!”
“Liz is extremely talented. Her work is exquisite and her prices are fair. I recommend her work for anyone and I've already given her number to a couple friends who are looking to give their houses face lifts”
“I had nothing but a great experience here getting what I needed for my car. As a female, it’s very easy to get taken advantage of when needing help on a vehicle. They were so kind and helpful. 12/10 would recommend !!!”
“Austin and McKenna at Sherwin Williams Hamburg are miracle workers! I will never buy big box store paint again. Austin and McKenna did a fantastic job matching up new Sherwin Williams paint for our 18 year old interior wall paint than the original manufacturer did and I tried their’s first. We couldn’t tell the difference between old and new, once it dried. In addition, Austin and McKenna gave me great advice on how to do touch ups, feathering techniques, best brushes to use, etc. My wife was so happy with the results, she picked new Sherwin Williams paint for the front door and window shutters, and it looks better than new, using the airless paint sprayer that I bought from Sherwin Williams. I had never used an airless paint sprayer, but Austin and McKenna coached me on how to use it and even matched the big box store price for the sprayer! Needless to say, I will never buy anything but Sherwin Williams paint for the rest of my life and I will always trust the advice their very patient and experienced employees, like Austin and McKenna, give their customers.”
“Purchased a grill here. I visited the store a few times before making a purchase. I only found 1 employee somewhat knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. (I only found one employee challenging to work with. While she was kind it was obvious she was a heavy smoker and I found it difficult breathing near her. I am pretty sensitive and I understand it is a difficult smell to mask. It does unfortunately affect your customer experience. She did, though, try to help.) I found it difficult to get accurate information when deciding on a grill. You expect a smaller store to know more about their products as opposed to a big box store but that isn't the case here. While they sell some higher end grills they don't have the knowledge to support customer inquiries and often seem too busy to find that support, even though there weren't many customers in the store at the times I visited. I think if you purchase here you would need to know what you want ahead of time and don't expect specialized information.”
