“I did a delivery to Day's Plumbing Supply in a semi truck with a 53 foot trailer.Just looking at the dock I was hoping to back up to, I wasn't sure if this was going to happen. I couldn't ask for better help from the guys that came out and did most of the work guiding me. I was blind because of the angle I was in, my mirrors didn't turn far enough for me to see anything. But I had some really great people guiding me back and it wasn't anywhere near as tough a job to get backed up to the dock door as I had thought it would be. A very professional and extremely helpful group of people. I looked around while I was getting unloaded and I can say that Day's Plumbing Supply has a wide selection of plumbing supplies and they appear to be able and ready to service any plumbing needs. He worked with me to find out what kind of cabinets I wanted and he listened to my specific needs. The cabinets he helped me pick out were perfect. “Great people. I'm a total amature diy low volume customer, buying a single bag of white Portland cement. They treated me like they were glad to have my business and answered some questions about pigment. They were insistent on being helpful and their price beat Amazon on an item I couldn't get at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“Purchased a grill here. I visited the store a few times before making a purchase. I only found 1 employee somewhat knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. (I only found one employee challenging to work with. While she was kind it was obvious she was a heavy smoker and I found it difficult breathing near her. I am pretty sensitive and I understand it is a difficult smell to mask. It does unfortunately affect your customer experience. She did, though, try to help.)
I found it difficult to get accurate information when deciding on a grill. You expect a smaller store to know more about their products as opposed to a big box store but that isn't the case here. While they sell some higher end grills they don't have the knowledge to support customer inquiries and often seem too busy to find that support, even though there weren't many customers in the store at the times I visited. I think if you purchase here you would need to know what you want ahead of time and don't expect specialized information.”
