“Best post office experience ever. The lady working in the front was very helpful and took time to explain things in detail. I’d drive across town to this office before going somewhere else.”
“I officially have the best postman! I had some “missing” cds that I was terrified were gonna be sent back to the distribution center but he got them to me and understood why the were important to me. Thank you! ?”

“Christopher the manager will go out of his way to help you if gheres a problem with a package. This USPS branch has been reliable for years about timely delivery on a far rural route. Thank you”
“Unlike most of the other reviews, I had a positive experience. I was the only one in line. They were quick and polite and I was able to get my two packages mailed off quickly and easily.”
“They are awesome, nice, and considerate people. Only problem is, never call their customer support. Might as well be called (CSSL) Customer Support SUCK Line. It's horrible. U don't even talk to a person!! Just a stupid robot that has the intelligence of a rock. ?. The computer just texts a link to your phone and u gotta figure it ou for yaself”
“This is one of the best USPS offices I’ve ever been to…! People there are nice, efficient and friendly. When they saw people lining up, multiple clerks came up to attend so that customers don’t need to wait. I’ve been going to one of the smaller offices in the inner circle of Lexington, but I will make sure to go to this office from now on…! Trust me, you’ll get one of the best experiences with USPS with this office…!”
“As far as this location along with the main street downtown, they are by far the best two locations as far as staff helping you and going the extra mile. This is not for the overall post office but for the Nandino and Main Street locations themselves.”

“Best in the biz! I don't know what it is about Lexington post offices but they have the literal nicest people working there. This one has several! I have always had a good experience. On busy days I just turn around and leave and don't bother trying to mail things ?”
