Prime Storage is a facility that is easy to complete the process to get in and pay. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. The staff treat people with kindness and respect. They are very attentive to each problem and fix it immediately. The staff are very nice, helpful, extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and super helpful and quick. Getting a unit is very quick and easy. While there have been some glitches with changing ownership, if you have any issues, just let them know and they will take care of it immediately. Many are happy with them and would definitely recommend it. The experience is smooth and highly recommended.
