Not all Locations are the same. Had the one off New Circle a while ago and it’s poorly ran. Dirty, people living in units, people smoking in the building, etc.

“Great experience from the start and I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive they have been.
As a parent with a student attending college out of state, finding a reliable storage option can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to coordinate everything from a distance. I found this company after a frustrating experience with another facility that gave away my reserved unit and tried to move me into a larger, more expensive unit at the last minute.
They made the process easy. They were incredibly helpful, have answered my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly.
I know many parents of out-of-state college students need a dependable storage solution when their students are transitioning between housing, moving for a new school year, or managing college life from afar. Having a company you can trust makes a huge difference.

“I called around to multiple mobile storage companies and I liked hippo crate the most. Michelle was very friendly and helpful, even offering to text me a picture of the crate filled up so I could better gage the size. We ended up have two crates delivered in Lexington, having them stored at the local facility for 4 weeks and relocated to Richmond. The entire process was easy to arrange and drop off/pickups happened quickly. They are small crates compared to some of the other brands but 2 crates offered just the right amount of space for us to pack our modest two bedroom home (minus the month long essentials we needed) I'd recommend them to anyone in the area”

“Good people. Fast loading . If you are driving semi truck with 53 feet trailer don’t scare about backing. There’s enough room and they will guide you, just make sure to call them after you enter the building. The only and easy way to get here or out is from I-75 to US60 to E 7th street. Just take the two lanes to make a wide right turn.”

My family's vintage furniture was held in a temperature controlled building at the Big Run Rd. location, along with the majority of my own possessions. The space was safe and very clean. So clean, in fact, that even the movers were impressed. They said that they'd seen storage centers that were very dirty, and even full of rodent droppings. Not here! And the staff is very friendly, to boot, so it was always a pleasure to pay my bill in person. Highly recommended!”
