The service staff are so kind and friendly. My check engine light came on, and they told me it was simply on because my gas cap was loose. They didn’t charge me and refilled my tires w air for free when they noticed they were low. Thank you, Quantrell workers, for a surprisingly pleasant morning!

Even though we're from TN, when my daughter was on her way home, and needed help with her Xmas-tree dash, Quantrell Subaru was there to help. Took my Crosstrek in for transmission repair. They were fast, efficient & communicated the whole time. They dealt with my warranty company which definitely wasn't easy. It was a very positive experience!
