“I've used UPS almost exclusively for 10+ years. Lived on other side of town so had not used this location until a couple years ago so now of course I come here every time. I have to say the people that work here are a step above the locations I'd used prior (and those locations were great also). Incredibly friendly, always happy to answer questions, and I will say when I've come during Christmas or something when there's a line nearly out they door they get you in and out FAST !”

“I feel UPS is superior to all other shipping carriers. I've never had any issues with shipping or receiving my packages compared to FedEx. FedEx is absolutely horrible and will not even bring my packages to my door. They always leave packages at mailboxes. But with UPS I've never had any issues. 100% the best carrier in my Opinion”

“Estes recently facilitated the transport and delivery of a new playground for my kiddos from Overstock.com. The local Estes facility in Lexington was very responsive to my communications and put me in touch with their last-mile delivery company on the day of my delivery. The last-mile delivery folks were spectacular! They broke down the very large pallet that the playground arrived in while it was still in the back of their truck. Then they carried all of the individual boxes (6 boxes total), the slide, and rock wall panels to the side of my house without me even asking for such a huge favor. My overall experience was certainly worthy of 5 stars! Thanks Estes!”

“Nick was awesome yesterday. Granddaughters birthday gift lost in delivery. They didn't find it, but was so nice to hear in his voice that he and his co-worker cared.Unlike the oversea customer service which refused to connect me with the direct station. Yesterday they connected and Nick helped, today no present for Granddaughter and they say " we cannot connect direct" hummm... they did the day before. Of course, they were sorry for the problem.... "Joe" at customer service overseas.... you suck.”
“Staples associates did a terrific job assisting me with my purchase needs for my home office. The first associate assisted me with mailing a package. The second associate assisted me finding the correct items I needed, updating my rewards balance, and then completing my purchase quickly. Great job!”
“My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx location. We stopped by a day earlier to inquire about shipping and cost. The person that helped us was very patient, helpful and professional. The next day, Chandler helped us box and ship our items. Customer service was phenomenal on both days! Both staff members were patient and kind the entire time. Chandler went above and beyond to get everything ready and even held the door as we were entering the store with our bins. Store is extremely clean and laid out very well. We will definitely be returning if we ever have shipping needs and will highly recommend this location to anyone in the Lexington area!”

“Had to drop off a package to RMA to Sony. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Keep in mind depending on the time of day traffic can get pretty bad trying to get in and out of this place. I would try to go before these factories have shift changes or get off work if you can.”
