This is the only institution that I bank with that doesn't allow me to make an appointment to see a banker. I run on a schedule, and only accepting walk-ins is crazy to me for a financial review, and it, of course, does not help that there's usually an hour wait.

Awful customer service, talked too atleast 5 different specialists and all seem too know little too nothing about anything going on. I had too pay back insurance they bought out because someone didn't have information they should of. Highly do not recommend.

I could not be more displeased with the service I receive here. So far, it has taken five weeks just to get a credit card replaced and it has costed me several hours of wasted time on the phone with nothing accomplished. There seems to be a major communication breakdown between departments. If I didn’t still have a loan to pay down I would shut down my account and bank somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Member since 1987......they handle all my banking needs flawlessly. Many convenient branch locations and phone and internet access make banking easy.

Absolutely horrible. Used for an auto loan and purchased the gap insurance. Ended up paying vehicle off 6yrs early. They refuse to refund unused gap insurance. Never had an issue with any other loan company before. When speaking with the dealership they stated that this company is the ONLY one that does this. Horrible!!!

I was raised in a banking family. My dad was the vice president in charge of personnel for the Central Valley in CA. My experience with Erin Williams opening three accounts was above and beyond my expectations. She was there for me afterwards understanding and responding immediately to any and all questions. I consider her a highly valued employee as well as a friend. I recommend UK Federal Credit Union to anyone with the ability to open an account based on my experience.

I had no problems with this bank until the last year. Their customer service is poor. I constantly have to go back and forth to the bank to address their mistakes. They have multiple windows for drive-through, but none of them work OR you have to wait 30 minutes because they are short staffed. And if you need something in the bank plan on waiting up to a hour but they will politely tell you 30 minutes - it never fails.If you need any help over the weekend, you might as well just wait until Monday because nobody on their toll-free line can do anything. The only thing they’re capable of doing is transferring you back-and-forth to people until you get frustrated and hang up.I don’t need a reply from the bank to my review. It is very apparent to me after 10+ years of being a member there your customer service is not your priority. So please save the time and the words to writing back to my review telling me how you’re gonna fix this.

I recently had my purse stolen. My debit card was in it. I was fortunate that no charges were made. I did, however need a new card. I went to your branch assuming it would take hours since I didn’t have a licens that was also in my purse. I brought my checkbook. I had such great service. The first person I spoke with printed a new member card all the while being courteous. I wish I had his name. Next went to have the debit card replaced. This time I worked with John Higginbotham. He is a perfect example of kind, courteous customer service. I have been a member a long time. This current experience tells me why. Thank you for great customer service.

Got an auto loan in 2015. Had the same insurance that exceeds their requirements ever since. Then in 2022 I was asked to prove this or they would get insurance for me that I would have to pay $2,600 annually for that only covers them. So I did. Then they sent me a bill for insurance. So I had my agent call and give them the info. I got another bill. My agent contacted them 3 more times and I'm still getting a bill with threats. My next actin is BBB and civil. Save yourself the headache and time and go with any other loan company!

My wife has been with this bank for years and their services from Top to bottom have been unprofessional. They never know what’s going with your bank if you go to the office or call customer service. They are always deducting random fees, maybe it’s just her bank account but each time we ask customer support they always say they don’t know either. Worst bank EVER !!

Big bank vibes being a small bank. We got a Toyota from the dealership and they set us up with them and I regret it. At first setting up everything was easy and they were very kind and promised to be understanding. As a vet just transitioning out, all my plans fell through and we were struggling trying to make ends meet as a family. So the promised understanding they gave me went straight to the none, and when I needed help they added $2,000 to my debt. I cannot wait to refinance and never look back. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

When and open a savings account to complete an auto loan refinance. They opened my savings/membership UNDER WRONG SSN, the loan was correct but account was fraud and when I went back in same branch same day. I was treated like I DID IT. Even though they F”d up. So I just had them close everything and I went elsewhere

This bank has the worst customer service I've ever encountered from a legitimate business. Understandably, one shouldn't really be needing customer service with a bank. This must be the mindset of the bank, because anything you require will consume about an hour of your life and numerous cold transfers.

I have banked with UKFCU for over 10 years, I have lived out of state for over 4 years and kept my accounts with UKFCU. I came into this branch today to change my name on my account and waited nearly 45 minutes in the lobby while "customer service representatives" in their glass box offices watched TikTok on their phones. Then the employee that assisted me, argued with me about my signature on his Etch-A-Sketch and how it had to be "legible." Millennials and their dirty beards need to crawl back up into their mothers where they can continue to have their feelings protected from the real world and leave working and real life tasks like customer service to GEN X and Boomers.

This bank needs employees that want to work. The inside teller Line was 15 deep this morning. Needed to see a banking rep. Waited 15 mins. Then the rep didn't know the answer to my questions. Had to go ask another banking rep.
