Loan refinance was slow. Once refi went through I called a day ahead to make sure the branch had enough cash on hand. They said yes. Get up there the next day and low and behold they told me they couldn't give me my money and it would be over a week. Not only that they messed up my birthdate. What a waste.

Molly walked my grandson thru his account and discovered a 2nd active credit card that had been lost and used yesterday for a $13.xx charge that my grandson was inquiring about. Molly demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service skill sets and it was a pleasure to work with her. All account issues were resolved with utmost professionalism.
