Horrible experience. Currently trying to get a human on the phone. My package sitting at the 1088 Nandino Blvd branch in Lexington KY. Package was mailed wed night 9/3 and it is now 9/6 and was never delivered to the recipient and now having issues having actual post office to pick up so that I can have package delivered....
