My mail carrier is great. Dealing with the location at Creative drive is pathetic lately. Within the last month I have had to file missing package complaints twice and I will probably have to do it again this week. There needs to be a management change at this location. dealing with the clerks is infuriating. I have never met a more miserable bunch of people. No wonder USPS is always hiring.

The mail carrier always loses my packages, but marked delivered...they recently installed a new mailbox without telling us, so now I have to go get the key...wish me luck...

The place is terrible. I hate USPS always but I had to return a package only through them and the lady with the 80s hair and face mask still in 2025 was rude and snappy and didn’t help at all. I just walked out and said to hell with the package. I hate that place.

Your workers have put my passport in the wrong mailbox after I warned them a week prior to after noticing this wasn’t a first time occurrence. on top of that, the automated system makes it impossible to even file a complaint! I hate everything about how you all are operating! GIVE ME MY PASSPORT AND DOCUMENTATIONS!

After our apartment mailbox was damaged, it took a week for them to provide us with keys for the new mailbox. No one ever answers when you call and there is no option to leave a voicemail; if someone doesn’t answer it just hangs up on you. After leaving work multiple days in a row bringing things to prove my address (told different things to bring each time) I was told it would take five days to make a key. Paycheck was in mailbox and had now been inaccessible for 11 days. I explained that the key should have come with the box. Filed complaint with USPS and magically the same day they had keys for me. However, the keys they provided were for my neighbor’s mailbox, not mine. Now I have to go back again (on day 12 of paychecks being inaccessible) and be late for work because of complete disregard for customer service and total incompetence.

Here lately our mailman does not stop at any of our mailboxes on our street on Saturdays and is driving way to fast. I realize he wants to get done & have the rest of the weekend off.
Our delivery is always between 2pm & 3:30 & on Saturdays they come speeding down the street before 10:30. He didn't even stop to get my outgoing mail which the flag was up on my box. Very, very disappointing!!

They've lost or misplaced or something, of mine I don't know how many times, I am missing a package right now, supposed to been delivered this past Saturday the 8th and I have yet to see it, I've had nothing but trouble with this location, bcuz our mail goes through this one, the past 4-5 years, it has gotten old a long time ago. I am going to try and submit a report with the inspectors office or postmaster generals office, this is screwed up!!
