Went to the Creative Dr location in Lexington KY because I had a claim on a package that I received damaged. The guy kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk and then said "just cause the package says fragile doesn't mean anything"Let me help you out.Fragile - easily broken or damaged.If a package says fragile it is probably not a good idea to place a HEAVY object on top of it.I got the package back from them and will take it to another location where the people might be more helpful. This is why I don't like dealing with the usps at all.

Not sure who is servicing these other folks (complaining), but I enjoy visiting the local post office and seeing Matthew at the counter. Matthew has been nothing, but helpful, professional, and courteous. Great guy!

Usually my experience is good. But today is black friday. Why are they not open at usual hours. Yesterday was the holiday, today is just another Friday. Weak.

Inconsistent delivery. Continued wrong address delivery. Delivery refusal from "animal interference". A dog barking inside a locked home. No customer service options.

I don't know what it is about Lexington post offices but they have the literal nicest people working there. This one has a couple of gems! I have always had a good experience. On busy days I just turn around and leave and don't bother trying to mail things ?

To be fair, I showed up at 5:09. However-I was not there to send mail. I lost my wallet and was just retracing my steps!Two employees were still inside. I asked one through the thick glass if she had seen my wallet, and she pointed to the self-serve station.Perhaps she didn't hear me- I asked a second time and was pointed again to the self-service counter.On attempt number three, I raised my voice louder, emphasizing the word "WALLET!"The employee turned around to glance at a single table, turned back around and shook her head."So no one's found a wallet?"No response.Again, I know I was after closing. I know that it's hard to hear between that thick glass.But spending even 30 seconds to open the door to SPEAK with me or even ask the other clerk if they had seen a wallet would have done wonders to ease an already stressful situation.I cried in the car for 20 minutes before I could even make the drive home. I just wanted to be acknowledged as a human being that needed help.I don't know who you are, but I hope you can be kinder to folks who need your assistance in the future.Thanks for your time.

I heard a crash outside and woman delivering mail had kicked over my ornament and didn't even stop to apologize. That's the least she could do. She glanced back at me and kept going. Rude! Hi Crest Dr post deliverer find some manners! She was not the regular postman. 9/27/23

I come here about 1-3 times a week and usually I’m pretty happy with either older gentleman taking care of what I need. But the lady “Tammy” who works here is such a pain and ever since I’ve started getting her I’ve been completely unhappy. She’s always got such a sour attitude, she’s always so rude, has literally argued with me on a couple of occasions and has unprofessionally walked away from me when a manager proved her wrong. She’s so unprofessional and just a bad addition to this location. I think this location would get a lot better reviews if every person there treated customers like the nice gentleman do! Tammy is awful and I dread coming to the post office because of her and for some reason I ALWAYS GET HER! I hate coming to this location but it’s the closest one to home. Tammy needs to go honestly- nobody there should argue with you when you have proof of a package. Nobody should THROW your packages the way she does. She has absolutely no respect for anybodys belongings or packages.

Matthew at this location was extremely patient and helpful when I showed up with a huge heavy box to be sent internationally. No hint of annoyance and incredibly knowledgeable. The best customer service. The USPS is fortunate to have Matthew in their team. Not to mention the cost was a fraction of what it would have been with the other two big shipping companies. Thank you Matthew.

I've been trying to call this post office to fix a package issue that i'm having with and Ebay purchase. I have called at least 10 times during business hours and have not got an answer at all. They need to get on the ball.
