0 customer service literally just awful, very lazy drivers. refused to get out of the van and put my package on my step or go around my car that has street parking to drop it off. even though you can clearly see the door.

Constantly losing mail, I have 10+ customers every year that have to cancel their checks payments due to being lost in mail. So far this season we are at #4 customer who’s check has had to be cancelled

My mail was not delivered today and I expected important things to come. I'm really upset with this carriers that don't complete their duties. It's a Saturday! The mail should have been delivered. I am totally upset
